Resolved! Can you have two Personal ID numbers?

I would like to have a personal (not webinar) ongoing meeting ID that does not change that repeats weekly that anyone can be sent an invitation to. Plus my normal personal ID for spur of the moment meetings. Can this be done?

We host regular member meetings for our society and have a few members that do not have email or a computer so they need to dial in.

getting the unique meeting id to them before the meeting is problematic.  I am trying to understand the personal meeting id documentation and it seems that if I enable and set one then every meeting we hold after that will have the same meeting id.  Is that correct?

if so, that would make it easier as I could get them the instructions once and then they could just connect.

Hi,

So my colleague created a new meeting that is set to occur on January 25th, but it apparently disappeared from the Meeting list on the Web Portal.

The meeting is still working : when I enter the ID and password, it looks like everything is fine and I got the message that the reunion is set to start on the 25th at the right time.

However, it is nowhere to be found on the portal, but I can see other future meetings so it's not like everything is gone.

Would you have an idea of what's going on ?  Thanks a lot !

I am currently using a bluetooth soundbar for my computer. Everything audio wise works fine when I am hosting or in a zoom meeting. However, when I go to play a sound outside of the meeting, I.E. play a youtube video, or even screen share and display media with sound, as soon as the new sound is stopped, the audio for my zoom meeting is stopped as well.

So here's the scenario when I discovered this. I was hosting a zoom meeting, and was prompted to play a video with audio to the meeting. I did so and as soon as the video was done, I stopped the screen share, but as soon as I did, the audio coming from the meeting ( the participants) was off entirely. I then had to re-select my already selected speaker a few times for the audio to come back. And this happens every time. Ive only just now discovered it does this because it was my first time  sharing my screen.  There are no errors, or message pop-ups, and I can't find anyone else that this has happened to. Any thoughts?

I've enabled the auto transcript a while ago, but idk why it got disabled itself, and I didn't realise that until I was looking for the transcript after the meeting ended. My cloud recording now do not have the auto transcript available, even though I've re-enabled the auto transcript in settings - is there any way that I could auto-generate/request the transcript after the recording is done?

Resolved! Recordings and transcriptions

I am planning to use an ipad pro to recrod and trnscribe some zoom meetings.  Do I need a zoom account to do this?  If not, how do I set this up?  I cannot see how to do this anywhere on your portal, despite trying hard!

Multiple PMIs in same zoom account - to be used by different users

Is it possible for the same zoom account to have multiple 'personal meeting IDs' - i run meetings with 2 different sets of audience and want to keep the PMIs different for each for identification

Hi, I run a home recording studio and have been trying to be able to use Zoom for sharing my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation like Ableton Live, ProTools etc) with a client. The problem I'm facing is that once upon a time I changed an audio setting to Source Nexus (specialty software for this type of stuff) and now whenever I open the Audio settings section of preferences Zoom freezes and I have to force quit.

Is there a way to reinstall Zoom but force reset the audio settings to default? As of now any reinstallation still calls up those same settings. Any suggestions on how to force those audio settings to reset to default without having to open the Audio settings section of preferences?
