I'm not able to conduct meeting due to loud feedback noise, sounding like high pitched crickets, every time anyone in the meeting, including the two people who are on the call and within the same room are attending the meeting. How do we get rid of this loud feedback every time someone says something?

My name is correct on my Zoom account but when someone invites me to a meeting it says my name is "I want to go outside" it is very embarrasing but I cant figure out why it is happening. My son said he changed it to that name this summer but I can't find it in my settings and it wont change when I am on a Zoom. Help!!

How many breakout rooms can be maximum?

 There was a problem with the Break out room, stuck during use.

causing the need to close the program and reopen it

I have a question.  Does Zoom automatically mute the speaker if the mic is picking up a significant input, like someone speaking?   I've been trying to use Facetime with an exterior microphone, and like what can occur with a PA system, I've been getting feedback amplification where one hears a loud, high pitched sound. 

 

I know that Zoom can eliminate background noise; can it address this problem as well?

Sharing multiple videos in one meeting.

Using Zoom meetings I want to share (advanced tab) several videos. It is very cumbersome to change the sharing for each video, going back to basic screen sharing and then back to the next video, etc.Is there a way to schedule several videos for easy ... Show more

Using Zoom meetings I want to share (advanced tab) several videos. It is very cumbersome to change the sharing for each video, going back to basic screen sharing and then back to the next video, etc.

Is there a way to schedule several videos for easy sharing from a list? The Zoom player can only run one video at the time and I cannot find a way to make a playlist.

Any suggestions?

I need your help for camera settings, i have trouble what ever i do, i have never before experienced this.
i have trouble with opening my camera, virtual background is locked.
 I did uninstall and reinstalled - no effect.
What ever i enable or disable virtualbackground in my settings it is the same, see screenshots.
The None background is passive, virtual background is locked.
 
Picture 3: Notice that default golden gate is active, whatever settings.
 
I disable virtual background on the web account and restart the client, restart computer.
I client request enable virtualbackground for using camera.
 
Can you please help me?

Join Before Host is on for the account, greyed out in the meetings.

I have Join before host toggled at the account level. I have every meeting require passcodes, and some have waiting rooms as well>

there is an ongoing weekly meeting I have had for over a year which always allowed participants to join before me--the host--and as of two weeks ago it will no longer allow that and that option in Advanced Settings on the meeting is greyed out. I tried making a new meeting, and it is greyed out there as well. so basically all my meetings will no longer allow anyone to join before me.

I triple checked and am sharing screenshots of how everything is set properly, but every single meeting --old and new--will no longer allow participants to join before me. I haven't found resolutions in the community group so far. Help please!

Hello Zoom Community.

I recorded my first meeting and it converted to MP4.  When I went to find the link to share with the participants it is not in my cloud.  It's classified as a local recording saved on my computer.  

1. How do I ensure my recordings go to the cloud so I can share links?

2. How do take my current recording and put it in the cloud?

 

please help!!!
