@reduce video file size

I recorded a zoom today and need to upload to FB in a Guide.  The file is too large.  How can I reduce the size of the file and upload please?

Your only option would be to use a 3rd party tool to compress the file. You may be better off uploading the video to Youtube and then embedding it on FB.
