Resolved! Webinar Hosts - alternative
I am unable to add the 2 people who will be managing the attendees, as they are not on my license. Can I appoint them as alternate hosts once we are in the Webinar so that they can manage the attendees?

Creating SAML integration with Zoom via Okta. All is going pretty well ..but... ya knew there had to be a but, I can't seem to revoke/remove a license from a user based on group membership . Enabled SAML for SSO into Zoom (Okta) - Check Revoke license when removed from group - FAIL Created the SAML integration. In Okta enabled the UserGroup mapping so SAML passes the group memberships. In Zoom SAML Response Mapping I set License type based on group name. If a user is a member of a group (Zoom-Licensed) the user is assigned a license This seems to have worked fine. The problem arises when I need to remove a license from a user. I would prefer to simply remove them from the Zoom-Licensed group and have the license revert to basic. This, however, does not work. It appears the licensing /group membership is evaluated once. Am I missing something? All feedback/suggestions welcome

We have already scheduled a Zoom meeting and now we are applying the Webinar license. Will the functional aspects of the Webinar be applied to the already scheduled session?

We have recurring meetings created under one person's account with all members as co-hosts. Every few months, the members in these meetings change and eventually the original person will rotate off as well. When this happens, we have to delete the meeting and create a new one, which isn't a terrible solution but it's a bit inelegant. Is there a way to re-assign a meeting to another person? Or have it "assigned" to all participants so that any of the co-hosts can make changes to it, not just the person who created it (or an admin)?

Hi there,
Is there any chance? that I can see the history of each session duration time?
For example, what`s time that the meeting started and ended.
I have a user that has been placed in a "Recording" group like many of my other users but the record option doesn't appear for him. I've removed and added him back in and still nothing is showing up.
I have developed a new website using the WordPress platform. And I add a link of zoom on my service page so that all employees of my company can easily join virtual meetings. But the problem is when employees click on the link it start browsing and nothing more happens. My site link is this: https://www.sydneyroofingco.com.au/ . I will be thankful for any suggestion.

Hello, is it possible to create different breakout rooms and chat to the members of e.g. room 2 about a subject and at the same time to chat to the members of another breakout room (e.g room 5) something different - in the way that the people form room 5 can't read the messages to room 2 and vice versa? That would be like group chat from main to 2 and from main to 5. Numbers are examples, i managed up to 14 rooms in the past but without room-chat... Thanks, jensili
