Hi. I'm using an iMac, Mac OS 12.2.1.

I have searched everywhere, but I cannot find those video filters that allow you to soften the video or adjust the lighting or change the background. I have checked 20 sites that claim to help. I do not find any of the buttons or tabs they are talking about. I did, in the past, but now they are suddenly gone. Can anyone explain, step by step, on a Mac computer, how to access those filters in Zoom? I'd really appreciate it.

I have spent hours trying to figure out how to save chats.  They used to save automatically.  Then I had a problem and was told to de-install zoom and reinstall it.  Since then I cannot save them.  I cannot even copy them to paste.

 

There are multiple places that seem to have options to save chats, each requiring a different application.

 

The one time I got past Bolt/the gatekeeper, who cannot answer a single question, I spent an hour online with someone who felt my questions were not worthy of an answer, so he chose to answer his own questions.  I've spent hours on this.

 

If I click on the icon to save the chat, it shows me the options and they don't work.

 

I'm beginning to think that Zoom Customer Care is really being paid by the competitors so everyone leaves zoom.

Hello!

I need an interpreter for my zoom meeting so I have checked out the page (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360034919791-Language-interpretation-in-meetings-and-webinars).

However, based on the information on the website, I understand that I can enable one of the participants to act as a participant.

So I was wondering whether Zoom does provide an interpreter of their own? And how much would this cost? Is this a "one-time" thing or can it be like a monthly subscription?

change Mail content and Memory Email to registrants

HI, I have a pro Plan and thought I could change the content of the emails to registrants and have a memory email before the meeting starts. But for both I cant find a solution. Is this not possible in a pro plan? thanks!

Hi All, 

I constantly encounter feedback from my users that many still can hear the original audio even though they have selected the designated language channel in Zoom for over a 300pax meeting. 

My user also tried muted the "original sound" inside the language option, but this is still noticeable when the speaker talking. Anyone have a fix or idea on this? 

As i verified most of the users always using the latest version of Zoom (5.7.4). This issue happen since July & Aug. Not sure if anything can be troubleshoot?

 

Secondly, is there a way to have  Interpreters to have 2 way audio to communicate in the main room rather for the host to stop all Interpreters function and unassigned them? As i'm aware, once interpreters assigned, they will be so called in an isolate room/channel and people in the main room will not be able to hear them talking unless the user selected to join in different language. This also needed Interpreters to use 2 devices to join in to monitor their translation in the main room and the other on the interpreting room. 

 

Please advise. Thank you.

I need someone's help...I am really upset about my recording.

Today, we had an interview with people from oversea. 

So, we used the Zoom's function of simultaneous interpretation for the first time.

The interview was completely over, and I checked the recording file.

I thought there will be 2 files, one is with simultaneous translation, and the other one is original speaker's one.

But, actually, I only found one recording file with simultaneous translation.

I really need the original speaker's one.

 

Does anyone know how to get the original speaker's recording file?

I found I should have recorded with cloud mode, not on local.

(But cloud recording's video will be much cheep visual, so I chose the local. It was a huge mistake.)

App Logo not appearing in Zoom Meeting

I am using Zoom Meeting APIs, after creating meeting using API, Meetings are working fine but the App logo is not appearing in the Meeting for Host. Please help me. Thanks in advance
