This has happened 20+ times and it happens randomly and I have no idea how to fix this issue. I start a meeting, and incoming attendees tell me that they cannot join because I am already in another meeting.
Any suggestions?

I would suggest verifying that they Meeting ID that they are trying to connect to matches the meeting number that you are currently hosting. It is always possible that folks try to join using a previous link that is no longer valid, or that they are using the current link, but you possibly started an older/previous meeting unknowingly.
The only other thought is if you join or host meetings from different devices and if there might be activity on another device that you're not aware of. Admittedly, this one is somewhat of a stretch, depending on how you work.
Just some thoughts. Hope it might help.
