After my bosses account was hacked over Xmas we signed mine up for a Pro account yesterday. I have been creating our meeting links for over 2 years now, twice a week.

My consultants can either NOT even get the link activating while I found I can only get the register button to work on Safari.

Is there a known problem?

We cannot find help anywhere.

When will Zoom officially support Windows 11

I scanned several posts about this dating back to December and I see the consensus is that Windows 11 may kind of work for Windows 11 but is not officially supported.  

 

Currently during meetings, Zoom, for me will:

-glitch in video

-glitch in volume

-lag

-cause the computer to shut down

-after restarting, the New meeting, Join, and share screen buttons go gray

-erratically bring up pop-up windows prompting me to join a meeting

-re-enter meetings without video or audio (from me)

 

I updated to windows 11 about 3 days ago and this started happening yesterday.  I'm able to use zoom on an older laptop without an issue but would like to return to my computer.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, video card driver is up to date, ran the task manager looking for possible memory issues, all check out.  Can't know for sure but given the timing this looks like a compatibility issue.  I've also turned OFF enable hardware acceleration for receiving videos.  any guidance?

Camera & Audio

Hi All,

 

When I have my camera on, when I speak, it is garbled...others cannot hear me well. If I turn off my camera then my audio is fine. Is there a way to fix this...change a setting?

I want my default settings to include a specific FILTER. How do I make a FILTER load on Zoom start?

Everytime I start Zoom, I have to go and apply a specific Filter in "Settings". Can I choose one and have it load with Zoom by default? Thanks in advance 🙂

Several students have had this complaint when trying to join Zoom since Friday:

 

"For days my zoom has not been working.  When I join on my Chromebook it just says connecting until something pops up saying there's an unexpected error."

 

Our Zoom Client has been updated, but students are still experiencing this. Students have tried joining through Google Classroom and through the APP.

i have access to two accounts, my own pro account and also a group account.

how do I access the 'other' account when I open zoom? it always opens on my personal account.
