i have access to two accounts, my own pro account and also a group account.

how do I access the 'other' account when I open zoom? it always opens on my personal account.

Are you opening a Zoom link to join the meetings? If so, it will always default to using the account that is signed into zoom.us on the browser. Make sure you are logged into your group account on zoom.us if so. You can also log into the zoom client with your group credentials and join via the meeting ID.
