Hello -

I have a five hour meeting next week.

Some people will be participating in the entire meetings.  Other will only long in for their parts.

Is this possible? I assume it is but I want to make sure. 

Can the people who are in the whole meeting just stay in the room the whole time?    Is there any advice on the best way to organize this with invites?

With the virtual teleprompter, you have the laptop teleprompter you need to complete your remote and hybrid work toolkit. You can adjust the transparency of the overlay, speed, font size, and colors. Fine-tune everything and look natural and professional even while reading or referencing your notes. The intuitive controls mean that you will look and feel confident by your very next meeting or interview.

Once the Virtual Teleprompter for Mac has finished installing from the Mac store, it will appear in the Launchpad apps.

1. Open up the application to get started.

 

 

2. The application will launch and you need to click the green "Proceed" button in the top left corner to proceed.

 

3. Copy and Paste your speech or talking notes into the teleprompter app and press the green "Start" button in the top left corner. Note: this might be in MS Word, MS PowerPoint or notepad.

I had a Zoom Licensed account for about 2 months for a workshop, and did a poll in there at the end of the sessions, though the spreadsheets were not saved.

Is there a way for me to access the former poll results when I'm no longer a Licensed member?

HI, 

I am having issues with my co worker being able to claim host. 

My settings are all changed so that she can claim host but when we get into the meeting there are no three dots at the bottom of the participant list for her to "claim host" using my host key. 

Hi there,

I do telehealth appointments on Zoom, and my patient used to be in the video above mine (at the bottom). Now, it's all of a sudden only side-by-side with the patient. I can move the video from side to side, but cannot revert back to patient on top and myself on the bottom. Please help! 

I wanted to ask you how it works. I mean, sometimes some people get notifications during the meeting that someone is the co-host now. Are there any settings for that or only some type of device? I'm asking because the host it's always showing up, but I would like to make sure co-hosts also get that attention.

Just recently when I used Zoom, I saw there was a small timer that tracked how much time I spent talking on the call.  Now I can't find that feature!  Can anyone help - for one thing, what is this feature called, and how does one use it?
