Hello, I need HD quality in my meetings, I also need mobile phone cameras to be seen in HD and in 16/9 ratio and not 4/3
I just hosted a meeting and recorded it to Zoom Cloud. At the end of the meeting I clicked leave meeting like everyone else and that was it. I thought that was where/when I would name etc my recording. But my recording is nowhere to be found. What did I do wrong and can I find it ?

Hi. I've recorded a zoom meeting today April 22 and ended the call around 9:30AM MDT. I can't find that latest recorded video in my computer.It's not in the "Recording" list on my account in your website as well.Checked the Zoom application too > Meetings > Recorded I'd appreciate if you can track it down by any other means. Thanks.

Have received an email today advising of a change that will happen automatically on 1 July. Apparently we can contact support to get this enabled now. I cannot find anywhere to actually contact support! The chat bot is useless & all the SUPPORT links just take me back to the resources. Anyone know? Thanks.

We have users that were able to join Zoom call with one touch on their phone up until the release on Monday April 17th it seems. We have reviewed release notes but cannot tell if that changed. Anyone have a solution to fix this or was it actually updated on Monday?

Hi all, I was recently upgraded to a licensed business role on Zoom in order to schedule meetings for others. I am able to schedule the meetings on another's behalf, but I am struggling to find the participant list for a meeting scheduled on behalf of another. Is it possible for me to view this participant list since I'm the one who scheduled the meeting, or does that function solely live with the meeting host? Thanks! Lpink

as of IOS 15.4, the TEL and CALLTO hyperlinks no longer work, these are now broken. What was quite simple is now a matter of several clicks. TEL: 1-213-555-1212 One touch dial:1-213-555-1212 Specifically, when iPhone users of Zoom's meeting technology now click on the auto generated links that occur from the receipt of meeting invites, the link will no longer click thru, and instead does nothing. No visual change will be seen on screen, whereas, only a few weeks ago, the meeting would have gone through, passing the meeting ID, and password info through, using standard comma delimiters. Why hasn't Zoom simply updated their code base to reconfirm the URL's hyperlinking capability? Our company has dozens of user's now saddled with this issue! Does anybody have any info from Zoom about them acknowledging, and offering an ETA on resolution of this issue? In testing the change to validate what has happened, if the user prepends "One touch dial:" or "TEL:" (phone number here) the call proceeds normally. Unfortunately Zoom appears to have stopped this hyperlink style offering in its meeting technologies, and there doesn't seem to be much public bound info coming from them.

Yesterday I had a scheduled Zoom with a customer.
I received a message that the customer had joined the session, but I could not see the customer in zoom and the number of participants was 1 (me)
The customer could not get into the session and got the message that I was still in a previous session of which there was none. (Not for about a week..)
We decided to use whatsapp as a mean to videomeet, and had a good talk, however this felt completely unprofessional.
Can anybody explains what this is, what to do, how to prevent etc...?
