Hi, I am a elementary school teacher in South Korea and I am really appreciative for your zoom service. This has been my life savor in this Covid 19 situation.
I am writing this letter to ask a help which is about copyright. I am working on writing a book at the moment regarding blended learning and I want to use some pictures of me using the zoom during class. So, would it be okay for me to carry some pictures in my book? I am adding an example for your reference. Thanks for reading me and I will be waiting for your reply.

Resolved! MEETING_FAIL_CLIENT_INCOMPATIBLE

Some of our clients are using SDK 4.6.21666.0428 which we admit is old, but still worked until the Zoom Backend Maintenance performed Aug 13, 2022 - 03:00 PDT. Now, when they attempt to join a meeting they get the error MEETING_FAIL_CLIENT_INCOMPATIBLE.

 

We have verified that the setting "Account Settings → Admin Options → Require users to update the client" is set to off but we still get the error.

 

We plan to update the client but that will take a while so is there anything we can do in the meantime?

Zoom invitee opens up launch link but wrong date shows

I have a weekly meeting set up but whenever invitees open up the meeting link they get a pop-up that has the incorrect meeting date (3/1 when really it should be 4/19). It should also automatically bring invitees straight to the lobby for me to admit but that's not the case. Any ideas on what may be the issue? Everything looks correct on my end so not sure what the issue is. Picture below for reference.

Why don't Zoom meetings scheduled via Google Calendar show up in my account?

When I use the Google Calendar integration to schedule a Zoom meeting from GCal, the meetings do not show up when I log into Zoom via the web browser and look at My Account --> Meetings --> Upcoming. That means I can't change the settings on meetings... Show more

When I use the Google Calendar integration to schedule a Zoom meeting from GCal, the meetings do not show up when I log into Zoom via the web browser and look at My Account --> Meetings --> Upcoming.

 

That means I can't change the settings on meetings scheduled through Google Calendar!

 

Any help would be very appreciated.

Audio while sharing screen

Resolved! polling during a meeting

Hello, I do not resume to setting a poll and survay in my profile and then don't appears a button during a meeting.

I can use only a post survay at the ends.

Can you help me? What do i do?
