I am trying to record a specific participant/speaker while another participant  is sharing their screen. Basically we are sharing a screen to show a video and want to record the reaction of one specific person while they are watching it. Which we can hopefully get an recording export of that person in full screen.

 

If I pin the participant, the recording will alway show the shared screen and the participant in a small thumbnail on the right.

 

Is there any way for me to record just that specific participant when a screen is shared?

How does Zoom mix audio?

If I am inputting multiple simultaneous audio streams to a Zoom meeting, all with Hi-Fidelity Music Mode on, how does Zoom mix them? Are there any specs available for the processing? Many thanks in advance!

 

"start" does not appear for meetings I schedule

After I have scheduled a meeting, log off, and come back logged on , say 5 mins beforemy meeting, I do not always see "start your meeting" on right hand edge.I see it maybe 1 time out of 10. I am forced to "join" my own meetingwith ID and PW like any... Show more

I see it maybe 1 time out of 10.  I am forced to "join" my own meeting

with ID and PW like anyone else.

 

I am using win10 and downloadedapp on a PC.

Meeting Time Stamp

Does anyone know how do we find the time stamp for a meeting? Eg: Start time to End time for the entire meeting.  Thank you for your advice!

Dear all,

 

I am having issue as one of users can't accept invitation to join Zoom account.

I have created free zoom admin account and invited 2 users  to have option to change background / add banner to camera view.

 

First one went smooth, but second account after accepting "to join new account and transfer account information"  received error "account is not paid ".

 

Do anyone knows if there is a limitation to manage users with free admin account?

Resolved! Recordings

I am wondering, if I download a recording from the cloud, does this mean that anyone I sent the recording to will lose the ability to view it.  Does it stay in the cloud, as well as the download to my computer?

I had an alteryx workflow that consumed data from our Zoom account since 2020 but in November 2021 it stopped working.

 

I was reviewing this workflow now and when I send the request to API I get this error:

 

{"code":124,"message":"Access token is expired."}

 

I went to developers page and regenerated the token and updated my workflow, but same error.

 

Can someone help please?

Blur background on free client?

I have the free client, downloaded today.  I have looked around for how to blue the background, but I don't seem to have a settings icon in the upper right corner area.  Is blurred background not available on the free client?

since Thursday morning i´ve got problems with my suscription.
