While downloading zoom videos, the video file name changes to some unidentifiable name.
Is there any way that the name given as the meeting name is given to the video file name so that identification becomes easy?
Hi, I really need help.
For the past 2 days, I attended a zoom meeting with my collegues to have some discussion. My friend (paid subscriber) created the zoom meeting and he was the original host for that zoom meeting. Before we start the discussion, my friend pass the host to me (during that time, I am not a paid subscriber), then I make him as a co host. After that, when we start our discussion, my friend click record to the cloud. The thing is, my friend tried to find the recording in their cloud and PC storage, but he failed to find it. Right now, I already became a paid subscriber but I still could not find the recording. Could you please help on how to find the recording?

I have two accounts and want to transfer some recordings from one account to the other. Is it possible? If not, can I download the recording from one account and upload it to the other?
Hello all, I'm trying to figure out how to advance powerpoint slides while annotate/vanishing pen is being utilized. I use a clicker and I've also tried advancing with just the arrow keys on my keyboard (iMac using iOs). It doesn't work - I understand why. when you open annotate, you are moving off the powerpoint deck and the clicker can't advance the slides because annotate is the last thing"opened". there has got to be a way to always have vanishing pen functioning while having the ability to advance powerpoint slides. any help would be great!

Every few seconds, the person appearing on screen switches, no matter whether I am talking or the guest is talking. Not sure why this would be happening, as I thought the selection is automatically made based on who is speaking. Can anyone off a suggestion or guidance?

I have been using zoom for to years with the meeting for 45 minutes, currently the time has changed and I have unlimited time, however one of my friends told me yesterday that he can just 45 minutes, I am sorry if I am receiving something that I am not paying for, I appreciate zoom so much, thank you if anyone know how can I contact with Zoom or some person engineer. Unexplainable tech glitch where participants could not join or be assigned to breakout rooms. Even co-hosts are unable to join breakout rooms or transfer participants to breakout rooms. Please help. Our online classes are suffering.
I tried to use the breakout room, after walking for 1.5 hours all the participants did not even enter the breakout room, and for the participants who left the breakout room themselves did not enter the breakout room, what was the problem?
I have a zoom pro account and for some reason it is behaving like a basic account. It keeps warning me that I only have 40 minutes for my scheduled meeting even though I have recurring meetings in there that are an hour and have had for months. It also won't let me record anything to the cloud. Does anyone know if there's a way to refresh or reset it? I event tried to send in a chat for help which I'm supposed to be able to do with pro but it won't let me!
