Can't connect to meeting
I can't connect to any zoom meetings. When I click the blue button saying Join Meeting, nothing happens.

Hello users and team, Recently I am facing Error code 3160 when I try to login with Google Chrome Zoom App. It started to appear in the last two weeks, with all meetings. It is coming after I typed password of meeting and prevents me being in waiting room. I can have workaround on another device but I would prefer the Chrome App to operate again because it was the only reliable solution in my workplace setting.

I would like to receive the necessary support in order to mute Bolt every time I open Zoom on my web browser. It is extremely disgusting and intrusive, just popping up to tell me the same thing each time... And it´s actually a very limited chatbox. Of course, when Bolt asked me "How can I help?", and answered "you can help me by muting" or similar, the chatbox does not understand. I would like the Bolt as in many other websites, where you have a button that you can click and chat, but not an intrusive chat box that pops up each time I want to organize a meeting... Please, help!

Hello, I'm using Zoom with my personal email for a while now. I've recently been hired by a company, and I'll have several meetings to handle in the name of my company. So I'd like to know if it's possible to add my professional email adress to my current Zoom account, so that when I need to setup professional meetings, I can send invitations using my professional email adress instead of my personal one. I am trying to use Live transcript. However without subtitles coming up on everyone. I have seen others meetings have this option sent up. However I am have no luck. Setting up CC Live Transcript. We would like the subtitles not showing up on everyone unless they want them. Appears that subtitles show up for everyone. Is this possible to get some advice on fixing this issue.

Recently installed a new Zoom app (permits adding various virtual background pictures). Zoom App did not work at all on my desktop PC (good news) but app has distorted my Zoom display on my laptop PC (bad news). How can I uninstall this "new zoom app" on my laptop?

Hello, my company has been experiencing an odd issue for months that seemed to have come out of nowhere. During Zoom Meetings some of our users will experience lag / freezing / delays when interacting with their systems during a zoom call e.g. (opening an email , web site link , document , etc ) when doing those actions Zoom will freeze for 5 to 10 seconds before stabilizing again. All of our systems use the same ((Windows 10)) OS deployment image, we have looked at every area we can think of within that image and have done a number of things removing our security agents, event trackers , etc which has helped some of the test group but not others. There does not seem to be a common theme here that we are able to find regarding the issue. We are not behind VPNs, nor using any special networking that is getting in the way of the zoom call. All of our locations have ample bandwidth to support video / audio for Zoom on top of other services for our end users. All of our Zoom clients are using the latest versions as well. I am at a loss here and just looking to see if anyone else out in the community is experiencing similar issues and if you may have found the root cause.

Our meeting limit is 100 participants. Is this for online access only? or does that include call-in by phone participants? We had a meeting yesterday and several callers heard a recording indicating there was a 30 participant limit and they could listen only.
