Can anyone tell if there's a way to configure Zoom Meetings so that in a meeting with just myself and one  attendee, the cloud recording showing each other's screen share always displays the webcams of both myself and my attendee in gallery view rather than just displaying the webcam of the active speaker?

I train people to use a certain piece of software. I demo it on my PC by sharing my screen and then I ask my attendee to share their screen to practice what I've just showed them. I prefer to have a recording consistently displaying both our webcams in a gallery to the right of each other's screen shares.

Hello! 

I have been using Zoom on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 for over a year now without any difficulty but today it wouldn't let me use my camera without crashing. I looked for driver updates (for my camera) and app updates for Zoom but both were fine. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, but now it says that my computer doesn't have the correct requirements (ARM). Was there an update that has now made it impossible to use my Surface to teach? 

Can I just use the website or do I need the app? 

 

Any help is appreciated.

I am creating an online web application and one of the main features of the application is to integrate zoom web SDK for online meetings.

I create and start the meeting using my account jwt app key and secret and it works fine but when I try to create multiple meetings at the same time under my account I get an error saying that 'already has other meetings in progress'.

So I would like to know are we need to create a user under my account to host multiple zoom meetings at the same time?
Also, is there are any limits to create users under the same account?

Could you please let us know how we can create multiple zoom meeting at same time using same account. Thanks

Don’t display my video

Hi! Currently, I’m using zoom’s web client SDK to call but when I am the first access to the meeting room, I can’t see my video even though I enabled video and grant camera permission to the website. It always show black screen
