I video record many Zoom meetings to Local Recording.  As of yesterday, October 25, 2022, my locally recorded video files are showing multi-resolution and variable frame rate formats.  Zoom has a recent article dated October 13, 2022 entitled Understanding Recording File Formats which states "With version 3.5 and above, the MP4 recording is a single-resolution with fixed frame rate format to ensure better compatibility with media players. Versions prior to 3.5 are created using individual MP4 files and are multi-resolution with variable frame rate format."  The Zoom version I'm currently on is Version 5.12.0 (11129).  Does anyone know why I'm recording multi-resolution and variable frame rates with this Version of Zoom?  Thank you.

My wife uses my zoom login for an online class as well as work zoom meetings.  There are times when she logs out of one meeting completely, but shows up as that user when she attends the subsequent meeting.  It appears her credentials are being cached.  Any suggestions on how to ensure "correct credentials" when attending zoom meetings?  Cache and cookies are cleared regularly.  

Updated Zoom software, I use a Logitech HD C270 webcam.  Zoom testing shows good in Settings but when I'm participating in a Zoom meeting all I get is a blank screen.  I've looked at any and all boxes and nothing is telling me I've overlooked something.  Also, I updated my driver as well.  Still no luck. 

For a zoom account shared by several people, we established a free Outlook account, which is only used via the web interface.  It would be very convenient to add the Zoom Outlook Add-in (Web) to this account, but when following the intructions here  the Microsoft Add-in page pops up "Taking you to Microsoft 365 to complete the process" and then returns to the add-in page showing "Installation failed". No other message or hint.

Very possibly we need to do something to the Outlook account to get it authorized for add-ins? (Like pay money?) but I can't find any info on how to do that. All hints welcome!

I installed the Zoom for Chrome PWA from Google Play. After it finished installing, it said Zoom would be available shortly. That was half an hour ago and I still don't see any sign of Zoom on my chromebook. The "install" button on Play now says "Install on more devices," implying that it's already installed on this one, but it's not. Where's my PWA?

Admitted a new Zoom user. I'm a paid user and have cloud storage. I was a participant today in a meeting hosted by another. I was able to request recording and believe the meeting was successfully recorded after the host gave permission. The "end recording" message appeared when we left the meeting. I have not been successful retrieving the recording. Any ideas on how I can do this?
