Hello. I created a recurring Zoom with my mother in law in France. I deleted it from my scheduled meetings but she still receiving these updates. Not sure if this helps but I had a paid account and then downgraded to basic. Also I'm located in Los Angeles. Please help!

Hello, Since today, the recordings from the cloud can no longer be played back. The plan is active and paid for, so that's not the problem. If you click on the link, only the headline appears but no video player. I have 60 recordings that I provide for a course and the students would like to continue learning, it would be important that this works again soon. I have tried it on Firefox, Chrome and Opera, both Windows and Linux. Doesn't work anywhere. Location: eastern germany near Leipzig Are there any other people who have this problem? Thanks for the help and best regards!

Hello,
I search for a way to add the zoom functionality to my website. When the student pays the subscription fee, then they can enter the session and take a live class.
Please help me with this. Thanks
I have been the victim of a pyramid scheme called Trust Investing. In a zoom meeting I remember asking a scam entrepreneur a question where he assured that exactly what has happened would not happen. I did not record the zoom call, it was a meeting with many people. I want to know if there is any kind of record or if everything that was said in that meeting was lost forever because it was not recorded. If there is any way to recover that information, I will send it to the police. Cheers

Unable to view recording when im using desktop however able ot play on phone. Not just my device but all of my class too.
Hi, I want to add my phone number to my Zoom account. It usually sends that the code is not verified. I've tried to enter it six times with codes sent to my cellphone but it doesn't work.
I use a Mac. Normally when I have recorded a meeting on the cloud, I can click on the three dots to the right of the recording and click on the 'Download' button. Immediately the files whizz up to the top of the screen to show the downloading process has started, with the progress showing as it downloads. Now when I click on DOWNLOAD, nothing happens. I have checked my download folder to see if they have actually downloaded and no sign of the files. I have also tried to use the 'share link' and passcode and download that way. That doesn't work wither. My employer and meeting participants are waiting for the recordings. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution to it?

I think I already know the answer to this, but I figured I'd ask the "hive mind". I joined a meeting on my phone, not realizing it was my basic (free) account (i.e., no cloud storage). I recorded the meeting and layer went to review it and there was no saving of this extremely important info. I'm absolutely heartbroken. Is there *ANYWAY* to retrieve it? I mean, it was recorded, so it was saved somewhere... right? I will gladly pay a premium to get access to it as it involves a deceased relative. Any ideas greatly appreciated...
