I use the "Start a call with Zoom" shortcut within Slack, Zoom will open but will go to a gray screen and eventually time out. If I click on Zoom, I receive the "Beach Ball" loading icon and I can force close Zoom.

Upon reopening Zoom normally by clicking on the app, it will go to another gray screen, I am unable to join or make a new meeting. My only work around now is to completely restart my Mac.  I have tried reinstalling Zoom and even using the Apple Silicon download.

I work for a refugee services organization, and we have a business account for online English classes that we teach to clients. We have multiple classes and some of them take place at the same time. Each teacher logs into our organization's Zoom account and has their own Zoom meeting ID for their class. In the past I have had issues with teachers getting kicked out of their meeting when another teacher logs on to Zoom to start teaching their class. With a business account, is it possible to have two meetings going on hosted by different individuals with different meeting IDs? Trying to find a solution to this.

I have been having the recurring problem of losing Wifi connection right after finishing Zoom meetings. The Zoom meeting runs fine without interruptions, but after the meeting has ended, my computer (Macbook Air) will not connect to Wifi for the rest of the day. I have tried shutting down the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, manually disconnecting Wifi and trying to reconnect to Wifi, but nothing works. I have also tried connecting to my phone  mobile hotspot after Zoom meetings, and that does not work either. (So I am sure that it is NOT an issue with my Wifi.)

I do not have any issues connecting to Wifi on days when I am not using Zoom. The loss of Wifi connection invariably occurs every time right after I finish a Zoom meeting, so it is certainly related to Zoom. How can I fix this issue and prevent Zoom from making me lose Wifi connection?

I send the link to others

They cannot join the meeting, because the password does not work.

I want to disable the password (enable waiting room) but the option to do so is grayed out in my settings. It states i must be an 'admin' or 'owner'

I am the only user of the account, so i should be the owner.

Please supply a solution, i am going crazy here

I have a free account and have successfully invited people to join via computer but two people who only have phones don't seem to be getting the invites or my text messages with the codes on them. Do I have to have a paid account?  I got feedback one time that there are too many people trying to invite people who are using their phones so  I need a paid account, but haven't been able to find verification of this. I send text messages to them and they literally disappear.
