So I normally record meetings locally and its no problem getting separate audio for each person and it just shows up on the audio folder on computer but for an upcoming meeting i need to record to the cloud not locally. I have confirmed all my video and audio recording settings including record audio for each participant separately are correct. I did a test meeting and the cloud shows 7 files but only downloads 3 and only one audio file of everyone together. I get this heads up when I download that it wont automatically download each participant audio but I can choose that in the list but there is no option in the dropdown - so where is the list that they speak of, how do i get the remaining file? Please help!!!

Missing User

I have assigned six licenses, but only five appear on my list of users.   I search for the additional user and her name or email address does not show up.  How do I find the missing user, or reset my number of used licenses?

Buenas tardes, soy nueva en zoom y de momento tengo un plan básico como prueba. Las reuniones en este plan durán como máximo 40 minutos hasta con 100 personas.  Yo quiero hacer reuniones de 1 hora con una persona solamente y tenía entendido que pueden ser de más duración, minimo necesito una hora. ¿Es posible? We have a quick question regarding SSO.  If we enable SSO for our Org in Zoom, will the shared use accounts without a username within AD not work anymore?  Can SSO users authenticate with our AD as well as shared use accounts which do not have an associated account/username within our AD?

When scheduling meeting, my Zoom instance insists on taking me to Google Calendars instead of generating a .ics file, which is how it's worked for the last 3 years. Can't find a setting in Admin Scheduling to change settings, and I haven't made any changes.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, I need to find a list of participants for a number of upcoming meetings as I need to email each one to reschedule the meetings. These meetings are multi-participant meetings, where I set the maximum number of participants to three. All I can see are their names in the meeting invitation in my calendar, but their emails are nowhere to be found.

In the Zoom admin console, I am looking for a way to see licensed users who have not hosted meetings in a specific time frame. I see the Inactive Hosts Report, but it is based on the last login, not the last meeting the user hosted. This is different... Show more

In the Zoom admin console, I am looking for a way to see licensed users who have not hosted meetings in a specific time frame. I see the Inactive Hosts Report, but it is based on the last login, not the last meeting the user hosted. This is different. I want to know what users are not hosting meetings so I can recoup licenses. Thanks in advance.
