changing virtual background in windows 10 on basic

I want to change the  virtual background in windows 10 on a basic account but the option of selecting a background is not showing. I've got the tag slid along to enable virtual backgrounds but am not being offered in Settings a place to upload an image or blur a background. The list of options in the video aren't appearing...

I have exactly the same problem.  Tried everything, tried contacting them, submitted 2 tickets.

A whole day wasted.  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.  Will report to BBB.
