The pop up message, "unable to establish a secure connection to zoom" has appeared repeatedly over 3 hours of meetings today.  Probably about every 10 seconds.  It is impossible to continue to use zoom if i cannot resolve this.  I have uninstalled it and re installed it, I have gone into calendars and contacts and tried to change things. 

Previous advice on the community said to delete existing calendars and integrity settings and reconfigure.  Can someone explain this.  Any help greatly appreciated.

I have plug in for outlook installed. Everytime I create a meeting in outlook, zoom info is added automatically

Meeting title always defaults to "Monika's Zoom Meeting" which I have to change manually

However when logged in to my Zoom account and reviewing recordings, it is still "Monika's Zoom Meeting".

How can I disable automatic zoom info to populate in the meeting? I would like to :

1. Create a meeting

2. Enter meeting title

3. Manually click on Zoom button in the ribbon toolboar to add zoom info. - how do I add the button tot he ribbon?

Hi everyone,

One of our managers is having an issue where he has a recurring meeting set up and a meeting request is being sent out to all attendees on each day there's an instance for said recurring meeting.

So far, we've tried the following:

• Re-creating the meeting
• Removing the Zoom add-in for the Outlook desktop app

We've tried adjusting different settings but I don't have a full account of all the settings changed. Will update the thread once I have them. The manager also uses the Outlook desktop app, the Mail/Calendar Windows Store apps as well as the iOS Outlook, Mail and Calendar apps.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Hi everyone;
Staff updated their Zoom app on Monday and ever since their webcams (not internal but externally connected via USB) work for about 20 minutes you can see the video of everyone in the meeting clearly  but after that the video image glitches.

Anyone else experience this and how did you fix it. We are using Windows 10 . The webcam drivers state we are up-to-date on the latest drivers.

Note I use a Mac, not sure if the experience is different on Windows.

Sometimes when I join a meeting the host is another meeting, and a popup from ZOOM tells me "Host has another meeting in progress". Makes sense. For some unknown reason, you cannot dismiss the popup and just have wait in the background so I have to minimize it.  Which used to work great.

Sometime in the last year, some genius at ZOOM decided that even if I minimized it, it should popup every 30 seconds, stealing focus from my work while I am waiting to do work. I cannot seem to find a setting to turn this option off either. Why did anyone think this is a good idea? When the meeting starts ZOOM steals focus to put me into the meeting, so how is the incessant popup to let me know that I am waiting for a meeting useful?
