I am having the issue with "passcode is incorrect" when I try to join meetings from my Windows 10 computer. It doesn't matter what meeting it is, they all fail to join. Don't tell me I have the wrong password, I've been joining these meetings for a month now and have had no issues until today. Another issue that's been occurring is that my camera has completely corrupted. It's super glitched out and the colouring is off. The issue is not the actual webcam. I have tested the webcam in other clients and it is fine. It's just Zoom. I already updated to latest version since the issues started in an earlier version, uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, and cleared all my SSO information before logging in again. I don't know what to do and I am getting very stressed because I have a ton of classes to attend today and all this week. Would appreciate any help.

When I use the plug-in to add a zoom meeting to a google calendar event the time always goes in as Jan 1, 2099. I have tried this on multiple browsers and different computers. There is no way to edit that date/time. If I edit it in the google app it does not update in the google calendar. I have a paid zoom subscription.

I am unable to create an advance poll and its features like short answers. Is the capability on available for certain account types? Reviewing the website it would appear to me that all users have this capability. Thanks in advance for your insight.
Hello, During a meeting I had an unstable internet connection for a while. The video froze a few times. Then a message popped up on the screen - see photo - Saying: "The computer " ***.***.**.*** " is attempting to access zoom.us on your computer. Do you want to allow this connection?" The computer number looked like an IP address number. I've checked and it's not mine - though I don't have a static one, so theoretically it could have changed during the Zoom Meeting?? I don't know. I clicked 'Block'. My internet connection immediately stabilised and I got no more problems with freezing video for the rest of the Zoom Meeting. Trying not to be too enormously alarmed - but - have I been hacked somehow? Or is this an innocent glitch or one of my other devices attempting to connect somehow? I don't know if computers / devices have ID numbers in that format - do they? If they do, how do you find that number? All I can find is IP address, serial number, model number etc - none of which are the number in the message. Any ideas? Many thanks

When someone share their screen and someone else on the call has to help them navigate to a specific place (menu, button, text box) on their screen, it can be sometimes hard, confusing, and consume valuable time. Maybe this option already exists, but as far as I know, it does not. The presenter should be able to turn on a grid overlay with row and column numbers. Then, the person(s) on the other end can quickly guide the presenter to go to a specific cell (e.g. Row 5, Column 6 or if using Excel notation, cell F5). Once the navigation is completed, the presenter can turn off the grid overlay.

I've hosted two meetings the last two days where the participant's video is intermittently blurry. It goes green and then looks like a scrambled cable channel (for those of you who grew up in the 80's you'll know what this means). Is this an issue on my end?

Hello everyone, Thank's!
we have a zoom plan "Zoom one pro". In the description it says that you can create up to 9 hosts. I tried to create a second host, but this person only gets the basic license (up to 40 min). What am i doing wrong?
Or can someone tell me how to create more hosts with the same license (unlimited time) as me as the license holder?

I have been teaching online fitness classes on Zoom for over 2 years, this change happened a few weeks ago which is super annoying & cannot find a fix. I open the meeting & instead of the camera being in it's usual position, already 'zoomed' to just the perfect spot/view of my classroom; NOW it is a huge wide angled view that I must re-position EVERY DAY & it is so finicky to get it perfect with 2 fingers. I am using a Samsung 20 cell phone. Changing the view on the actual camera does nothing to fix it. ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED!
