I am logged in to the account a on PC (A). If I log in to account a on PC(B) while participating in a web conference with account a, will I be forced to leave the web conference that I am participating in on PC(A)?
Traveling to Dubai in a few days and I am seeing conflicting info on the web about whether Zoom works there.
Does it work there?
New user here. Will be having a meeting with 30-40 participants joining via Zoom. Will have host designate two people as co-hosts. The question is: If the host or co-host initiates 'mute-all', are co-hosts muted along with all participants? Thanks for any help.

Hi. So there’s a 21 day program going on and was removed by the host when I tried to get in yesterday, because I was late or for some other reason. Each day has a different meeting ID. When I tried to join TODAY’s meeting - which is a different ID, it’s saying I can’t join because I was previously removed by the host. I thought we were supposed to be able to join future meetings?? What’s going on?

I have been using the same recurring Zoom link for meetings with one group. How would like to establish a second recurring Zoom link for a second group of people. How can I do this so that I have two recurring Zoom meeting links, each with their own Meeting ID, available that I can use as needed?

I have just started having a problem. I share a video (YouTube say), have checked both buttons on the share button page (share audio and optimise) and it seems to share ok, video and sound. But if I mute my mic it kills the shared audio. Also the volume of shared audio sent varies with my local volume control. If I turn down local volume the zoom recipients hear it quieten. Normally the local volume is detached from transmitted shared audio. To reduce volume on the shared audio I move the volume slider on the YouTube window. So the shared sound seems to come from the local sound channel rather than the video source. That’s a change. Additionally the sound recipients receive is poor quality with pips and sputs. I have to turn on ‘original’ sound to bypass sound processing to make the video sound be presentable audible. The platform is a windows 10 pc, the zoom has been upgraded to 5.12,2 and has not changed anything. The problem is the same, a mic mute during an audio visual share kills the shared sound.
another observation is that a video clip audio is shared anyway without needing to activate the shared button. If I play YouTube in a separate window then it’s audio is sent out to other recipients before I actually click to share the YouTube window. It’s as though the YouTube sound is actually being sent via the mic channel. This explains why the ‘original’ sound as to be on. Music from YouTube via the mic channel is affected by the noise filters. But a YouTube clip of talking is fine. It seems the YouTube output is just sent to the mic channel instead of sent in parallel to it.

I am trying to get an issue resolved for my boss. He is conducting an interview monday morning. To record my boss we use black magic equipment. We also run everything through the Black Magic 4K UltraStudio program. I have everything set up to UltraStudio correctly. The video is going into Zoom with no problem but for whatever reason my external mics are reading in UltraStudio but not in Zoom. Any tips would be helpful because I am at a loss. Thanks!

I am the account holder and host of a group meeting. I want to get a number of other people to be able to host the meeting ie open the meeting, admit people, open breakout rooms, screen share. I want them to be able to do this even if I am not on the meeting. Right now I've just given my ID and password so they can log in as me. Is there a better way? Thanks. Rex

If someone can please point me to where I need to look for more info on how to do this: There is one person that is the owner of 1 license account. He needs to add me as an admin on the account so that I am taking care of scheduling meetings, recording the meetings, and any problems during the zoom meetings taking place. My account is already associated with the owner account. However, when I login with my username it is defaulting to my basic 40 minute zoom meeting limit. Do ALL meetings need to be scheduled off of the owner's account, even if I'm an admin on that account and if that is the case, am I able to do the full admin of the meeting when it is taking place?? I'm sure this is a common issue and there is a way to properly do it, I just need to know where to look for the information on it. Thanks very much
