Hi.  I would like to remove an old meeting ID (not mine) from the list of IDs that auto-completes when I start typing the meeting ID when I am joining someone else's meeting.  I don't need that meeting ID in my auto-complete list anymore and want to remove it.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Zoom's Support results reference a "Contact Center Management" settings area that does not exist within my account.  Thanks!

Annotation on shared screen

I can't annotate on shared screens in meetings. In Zoom settings (Settings/Meeting/Annotation), annotation is enabled, also for users who are not sharing (so "Only the user who is sharing can annotate" is disabled). I can't find any solution to this ... Show more

I can't annotate on shared screens in meetings. In Zoom settings (Settings/Meeting/Annotation), annotation is enabled, also for users who are not sharing (so "Only the user who is sharing can annotate" is disabled). I can't find any solution to this problem. I am hosting the meeting and the Zoom version is the most recent update. When another participant is sharing, the "Annotation" option is not available for me when I click on the "View Options" tab. Also, the "Security" tab does not list the allow annotate option on my computer. Furthermore the green security icon (upper left in the video) doesn't contain information regarding the Annotation settings, neither. These are the troubleshooting options I found when I googled the problem, but none of these options is available on my Zoom account/computer (PC Windows 10).  Help would be greatly appreciated!

If the host designates an alternative host, who has automatic recording enabled, but the principal host not, will the meeting be recorded automatically if the alternative host starts the meeting? ( the original host hasn't the automatic recording enabled ).

Ich hatte heute über die ZOOM App ein Meeting. Hatte meine Kopfhörer angeschlossen, aber ich habe es nicht hinbekommen, dass der Ton über die Kopfhörer kommt, so kam der Ton die ganze Zeit über die Tabletlautsprecher. In der App war auch das Kopfhörersymbol zu sehen. Die Funktionsprüfung der Kopfhörer mit anderen Apps ergab keine Probleme, da lief der Ton problemlos über die Kopfhörer. Eingewählt war über Wlan.

Wenn ich die Meetings über das Smartphone sonst hatte, gab es keine Probleme.

 

Habt ihr eine Idee, was das Problem gewesen sein könnte? Liebe Grüße.

Seeing my picture after screen sharing

After I begin screen sharing a video, I see the video and do not see the participants or myself. My client sees the video, himself, and me.

Is there a way to screen share videos and see my client and me on my screen??

Hey everyone! 

 

Logged in to retrieve the recording of my class this morning. Come to find a new look to the recordings page and now the trim feature is completely different. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to simply trim the beginning & end of my class away so I can share with my students. 

 

It used to be so easy! Click the scissors, slide the marker forward / back in 1 sec increments to set the new recording range. I understand the benefit of being able to clip somewhere in the middle where there might have been an oops, but all I really want (most of the time) is that trim the ends quickly feature. 

 

Help! (I've already searched the help platform to no avail, things haven't bee updated in the help centre for the latest update features).

Could the icon in the menu bar be changed back?

Rather than a slim video camera icon, the menu bar icon now features a zoom word with double width. Due to the "notch" on MacBooks, this is a big problem. Due to its double-width, that icon blocks other icons from being seen. With the size of my menu bar, I have to remove Zoom. Do I have the option of resetting the icon to the smaller one?

In recent times I have updated zoom from version 11.3 to version 12.3.
Unfortunately, when I turn off the PC and then reopen Zoom, the need to update occurs again, again from version 11.3 to 12.3.
The update is successful but when I reset the PC again, the problem recurs; this has been happening for several weeks; I tried to completely uninstall the Zoom App and directly install the new version 12.3 but when I turn off the PC, the problem repeats itself when it restarts. What to do to solve this problem? My operating system is Windows 11 always updated to the latest version on 64-bit architecture.
