Hello, Have not been able to find anyone else experiencing this. Zoom VDI will crash multiple times a day in when the endpoint is a Dell Optipled 5000 with 12th gen i7 and intel uhd graphics 770. OS is win 10 2021 LTSC and workspace version is 2203 ltsr cu 2. When the crash occurs, you can continue using zoom and nothing seems to actually crash. The log file specifically mentions "wfica32.exe" which is a citrix component. Also worth noting that this does not happen when i revert to citrix workspace 1912 ltsr cu7. It continues to happen when going to the latest citrix workspace (non-ltsr) and the latest Zoom vdi host/cplugin. The logs fill our profiles until they reach the 30 gb max (i have 18 GB of zoom crash logs that i will clear out and then clear out again when they build up).

Screen Share Drops after a period of time

Does anyone have a situation where the screen sharing just stops working roughly 20-30 minutes into a call? Video is fine and the overall call is not affected. I am looking to see what is causing this and how to fix it. Thanks!

All cameras go on the fritz (sporadically, but about every few minutes or so) when using desktop client (only when using desktop client).  This DOES NOT happen when I use other meeting platforms like MS Teams OR when I use the browser version of zoom.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the desk top version of zoom, but it has not helped.  This happens with both my built-in surface-pro camera as well as my logitech web cam...  When I stop video and then restart video the issue goes away momentarily, but then comes back.  Please help.

Weekly zoom meetings, is there a way to save the numbers for re use?

I have multiple weekly zoom meetings with the same meeting numbers. Is there is a way to save the different meeting numbers so I don't have to enter them each time? Thank you for your help!
