I have a pro account. To my knowledge I’m the only registered user. So I want to have my assistant organize a class over zoom which would last about four hours. Then I need a third person to be able to host the meeting. I’m assuming I need to have both these people registered as users. My zoom account is integrated with square space scheduling. I would like to be able to do the scheduling with square space and have that set up the zoom meeting (I do this every day for my one on one meetings). I can check with the square space support people and they’ll tell me if there’s any issues with doing the scheduling. What I’m unclear on this how do I get my person who will be hosting the meeting registered as the host so everything goes smoothly.

We are starting a new Zoom account as the staff member the old one was under is leaving. I need to download all the recordings from the old account to place in a file on our system. Can I do this in bulk? We have 102 meeting recordings!
The last couple of Zoom invitations the invitees could not use the link to join and needed the mmeting id and passcode. How do I fix the link?
While at my friend's house to help her open a meeting, I signed out of Zoom on my Dell laptop, and signed in on her iPad so that she could access a video on my laptop and share it with a group. Since then, when I try to host a meeting, everyone is directed to her iPad and I see nothing. I have tried logging out and then back in, to no avail. Is my only option to close my account and open a new one? She says she logged out then logged back in.

Hi all, Need help figuring this out... Something changed with one of my recurring meetings. For some reason, now all 30+ recurring meetings show up under my 'Meetings' tab on my desktop app (ios) when they didn't before. AND, other recurring meetings I have, don't. So it's just happening with one particular scheduled meeting. I tried to edit the settings, but nothing seems to change it. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Any and all suggestions welcome.

We currently use Calendly to schedule and send our Zoom meeting invitations. Several clients have recently asked for our Zoom-One-Tap Mobile link. As we generate invitations through Calendly, there is no one-tap link. Can anyone help?
Thanks.
I can't create a virtual background and the help videos aren't useful because there is no option to click on video in the menu.
I recently updated my zoom client and now when I send a meeting invite some of the recipients are getting the email BUT not getting any of the meeting information. There is no way for them to log in. Sometimes the option will come in (we have been troubleshooting) and it will allow them to click on the google calendar but when it takes them there - it is not a link but just an entry on the calendar. It worked fine until I did the update. All are using Microsoft - one person has a google email, the other does not. What happened to make this change. I am not a business and do not need all the calendar apps associated - I just want to set up a meeting. Any help or explanation would be welcomed.

We use Teams and Zoom for meetings at my company. I prefer Teams because the meeting invites integrated to Outlook allow a one click join. What I mean is that when the meeting reminder pops up, there's a button to join the meeting and it opens the meeting directly. In order to join a Zoom meeting, I have to... I don't know if this is a setting that's limited by Zoom itself or something my company has put in place. I feel that as popular as Zoom is across the world, that a one click join should be an option. Also, if I open the Zoom desktop app, none of the meetings show up unless I created them. Is it possible to configure it to show all of my Zoom meetings, regardless of who created them?
