I recently switched from a Microsoft Surface to a MacBook Pro. Suddenly, my zoom will not record a meeting showing ALL attendees on one screen. No matter how I have my setting set, it is recording the meeting by showing ONLY the speaker. Even though on MY end it looks like I can see all of the thumbnails, when I go back to view the recording it only show the ONE speaker at a time. Super frustrating as I do lots of interviews and discussions with multiple people and hate watching the screen flip from person to person. How do I get this to change back to the way it was before?

I am a ZOOM pro user. If I lend someone else my pro meeting room, and give them my host key, will they be restricted to the 40-minute limitation?
Hello, we recently held a zoom conference with 35 people who attended, but 7 could not get on. One received this comment: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please log in with a commercial Zoom account to join." what does this mean, and what did I do wrong?

I know this is a struggle for all. I have noticed that once one or two participants start responding in chat, the others often feel more encouraged. I would love to have a "fake" person or really a second me to add to chat as another participant rather than the facilitator. I think this would encourage others to respond as well. I find that once chat is started by one participant or two, often others feel encouraged to chat. I hope this makes sense - I just saying is there a way to pretend to be a participant instead of the facilitator to chat?

When I make someone a Co-Host, zoom removes me as Host. How do I make someone as a Co-Host and remain the Host?
Yesterday - 1/11/2023, I had attendees say that the host has disabled video. I had many people sharing their video but about a handful out of 100 people said it was disabled by host. I was the host and do not disable video. I went to each window pane and asked them to start their video. Then they could. Just wanted to see what may have happened to not have this reoccur.

We had a meeting last night where one attendee set their background to a political ad. I wanted to block just that person's video feed. Is there a way to do that?
