Hello,

I edited the titles of 4 recurring meetings in the Zoom client. I clicked on "Save". Since the change was not relevant for my participants, I closed the popped-up Outlook message. Now, 2 out of 4 meeting series disappeared from my Outlook calendar. However, the participants can see them in their calendars.

Can anything be done to find them? Or do I need to create new once again? In this case, the participants will get one more series of invitations...

Would appreciate your help.

I need help. 

I have been using Power Point as Virtual Background and worked really well. Then I purchase a new laptop (Asus ZenBook) with Windows 11. The powerpoint as virtual background does not work really well. The Slides is shown well but the video comes with BLACK background. 

Any help? 

I am a fitness instructor zooming my class. I have a mixer board and typically, I change the speakers to USB Codec, I share my screen first with Basic, selecting Share Sound and Optimize for Video Clip at the bottom, then I go into Advanced and Share computer audio and it works great - my class can hear my voice and the music I am playing from iTunes through the computer. This morning when I tried it, every time I hit Computer Audio in Advanced, the other two buttons at the bottom (Share Sound and Optimize for Video Clip) would come off, and the class could not hear me well and could not hear the music at all. Has anyone experienced this? Any fix for it? I had to cancel my class this morning.

I am a Pilates trainer and I use music plus my voice to direct the exercises.  I have had a lot of trouble either my online students listen the music or my voice.  So I started using an outside speaker connected to the music in my computer but the problem stays.

I am holding a meeting for approx 250 attendees 

I have a licence for 500 attendees

The meeting is being co-host by 3 other users, who have a licence for 100 users. 

Will the co-host licenses impact the number of attendees or does it work based on my license for 500?

How can I change my ID# to a specified one?

I scheduled a meeting with a generated ID# given. However, as the meeting got closer I noticed the zoom information is now different. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I really need to know what is going on.

Can I correct this so there will be no problems when individuals login?
