My Video Not visible to participants

The other participants in a Zoom meeting cannot see my video i.e. they see a blank box with my name on it.  However, I can see my video.  Participants can hear my audio.  What has happened?  This started for my last couple of Zooom meetings after working properly for hundreds previously.  I was a participant, not a host of these meetings.  Also, I uninstalled and re-installed Zoom with no effect.

    From the navigation panel, select Account Management then Account Settings. Click the Meeting tab. In the Schedule Meeting section, to enable Participants video, click the toggle. In the Enable "Participant video" popup window, click Enable
