I am an interpreter.  With the latest update of Zoom, when changing "Speaking to" languages, the bar highlights blue and moves around.  You have to chase it to be able to change between languages.  How can I pin it down?  I tried right clicking and clicking somewhere else, but when I come back to switch speaking to languages, it jumps around...

I need to know how to change my (default) Display Name. My Account Settings show "Don Rose" but whenever I join a Zoom session, it always displays my email address (don@mchenrycountyhistory.org).

If the host allows it, I can change it during the session, but that's typically not the case and is very inconvenient.

Please reply with clear directions on how to fix things so my email address is not the default display name.

I set up a meeting survey, but the survey report is not showing in the reports queue (only the registration report appears). I know it worked because I was prompted at the end of the meeting to complete the survey, which I did.

Can anyone help?

Desde la semana pasada, mi hijo ha estado teniendo problemas al tratar de unirse a sus clases por zoom a través de google calendar al hacer clic en los enlaces de las reuniones creadas por sus profesores. Él utiliza Linux Lite 5.8 y todo está actualizado, así como el cliente de escritorio zoom a la última versión.

No sabemos qué está pasando porque antes funcionaba bien. Cuando intenta unirse a una clase, espera en la sala de espera y cuando el anfitrión le permite unirse, Zoom se cierra de repente y no puede entrar a su clase. Zoom ($159 paid)has given garbled audio in three types of tests:
1 Zoom conference that I recorded: audio is unitelligible, gargling sound scattering of frequencies and timings of packets.
2 Zoom conference to University of Washington conference: moderator immediately rejected my garbled audio as useless.
3 My Zoom on my PC to Zoom on an Amazon Fire tablet in my house. Garbled, like the (1) recording.

Please correct your defective Zoom product, or tell me how to fix it. I do not want a laptop with a microphone 1 inch from the camera. I want a microphone 1 inch from my mouth and a camera 5 feet from my mouth. That gives a picture of my nose as a reasonanble size. If I get 1 inch from the camera to get a good microphone result, my nose is too big. Is Zoom company going to fix the defective software? Does Zoom disallow VMix or BlackMagic capture boards?

I tested hosting a few meetings with end-to-end encryption enabled. The security verification code is identical for all meetings. Is this normal?

I would imagine the key and hashes should change on every meeting?

Or what exactly is the security verification code based on?

I facing the camera not working after i upgrade to the latest version 5.9.1 (2581). Previously version was working fine. I try do uninstall and install back the problem still remind there. I try to play around with my PC camera setting the problem still unable solve. Is any one facing the same problem.
