Simultaneous rooms

I need your help.
Last week I had a meeting with 60 people. I had to separate them into simultaneous rooms and several did not receive the invitation that appears on the screen for the person to accept going to the simultaneous room. I had to manually send several people and the experience was not good, because it took me a long time, I wasted a lot of time doing that.
Do you believe this is a ZOOM problem? What do you advise me to do? I need to have a new meeting next week, I will need to use the simultaneous rooms again and I am unsure about the problem I experienced. If you can help me with opinions, I appreciate it.
