There are green stripes on the video, the image is not stable. The problem is present after reboot and on different devices. Can anyone help me?

I am trying to use the advanced polls feature for an upcoming meeting. I have the web settings set to allow advanced polling and I have version 5.9.x as my zoom version. I seem to meet all the requirements, but no matter what I do the only choice for polling I get for my meeting is the original polls. I read and followed all the help docs and it seems like it should work, but it doesn't. Any idea why this might not be working?

Hello When recording on zoom, there is a difference between my lips on the screen and the sound coming out of my computer. It's a new computer, a performant one with windows 11 (video HD 720..) Could you guide me to find from where could be the issue to settle it ? Thanks ! p.s. on my computer, video and sound (and my lips) it's alright and when I transfer my video on YouTube also.

I can access my free account just fine on my desktop because I am able to log in using Google. However, I'm not allowed to use work email on my cell phone. I do not remember my Zoom password. I go to profile but do not see where to change it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having some audio issues when a client is logged in to the meeting I am only able hear them for a brief moment then it goes silent and then back on. It's off more than it's on. I cannot seem to be able to tell if the issue is on the client end or if it is on the zoom end.

I have tried everything that is said on the Zoom website and restarted my Computer 4 times. I also approached Microsoft and spent over an hour with them to get the Zoom App working again and they also tried everything to help me but it didn't work. Microsoft has advised me to contact you again.
