My daughter uses mine,for her usual meetings in the afternoon  so the secondary one was for my other daughter. help

Church piano sounds terrible unless "Original Sounds for Musicians" is on.

When streaming our church service, the sound from the piano/organ is tinny and drops out unless i turn on the "Original sound for musicians" option.  When that happens the piano/organ sounds better but then you hear a muffled wind sound when people are speaking.  I have to turn OFF the "Original sound for musicians" option while people are speaking.

 

The piano has a piano mic attached to the under side of the piano for better quality.  Voice mics is a 4 mic Shure wireless setup.  All new and installed professionally.  

 

Is there a way to get the piano/organ to sound better at the same time the voice being clear without having to turn ON/OFF the option for musicians?

I can't start a meeting I scheduled. Al was fine for 2 years but recently I click on start and it doesn't start. No error. Sometimes a popup will appear and ask me if I want to start a new meeting or Join a meeting. The problem is my clients have a certain meeting ID number they are trying to log into but cant, since I cant start it.

      We have been trying to clean up cloud recordings that have not been accessed or downloaded that are at least a year old.

  • I have downloaded the Recording Management report. When you download you get additional columns you don't see in UI. It has total views and downloads. So, great. Unfortunately it only has Meeting ID and does not have the unique UUID. It shows file count and total size and start time.
  • For many users Meeting ID is the same for most of these meetings.
  • To locate the particular recording with 0 views or downloads, I tried to use  the meeting ID and date of the meeting and use List All Recordings webservice and specify that one date. Unfortunately there are multiple meetings on the same day.
  • Regardless, the result has UUID and Recording ID. The start time and file sizes don't match the Recording Management data!!!
  • So, using the UUID I tried to use  Get Meeting Recording's Analytics Summary 
  • This gives total views and downloads, thats all and it is for the entire meeting and not for each recording.

So, I am at a loss here. I need to uniquely identify all recordings in the past that have never been downloaded or viewed in a reliable way so I can delete them with confidence. Why is it so difficult?

When conducting 1-on-1, standard Zoom meetings, the participant I have invited, or who invited me, has a black dot matrix pattern superimposed on their screen window when I view them.  They do NOT see the pattern on my face from their end, and I only see the pattern lightly over their face when their video is on (Note: there is no pattern if their video is off or when they share their screen).  When I'm in a meeting with more than one participant, I do not see the dot pattern if there are more than one participant, beyond myself, in the meeting (that I can recall).   I am not aware that I ever adjusted any settings in my account, and I do not see any settings which seem to address this issue.  Thanks! 🙂

How do I edit the existing meeting id & password?

There is no sound for me or other people. All settings look fine though and all tests are good.

I am using iMac with High Sierra 10.13.6

Just downloaded zoom for desktop for the first time, off the zoom website.

I open a meeting and no one can hear me and I can not hear them.

My friend then opened a meeting on his computer and everything worked fine we could all hear each other.

All my settings come up fine and I can run sound tests and they come back fine, I can hear those sounds and hear my voice play back.

I can run a solo zoom and record it and play it back and I hear myself fine.

When I look in settings-privacy there are no options to allow the microphone or video to be used by zoom, but the video at least is working perfectly.

 

What could be the problem?

We have been having audio issues when using Audinate AVIO Dante USB interfaces.  We have experienced this with Windows 7, 10, and 11 so we don't think it's a Windows issue despite not having the same issue on Apple computers.  What happens is that it seems to be filtering any type of music whether it's copy written or not and allowing vocals through.  For example when music is playing it muffles the music but if someone sings or talks over it we hear the vocals clearly with muddy music underneath.  We are running versions of 5.13 but have tested it with 5.11 and everything works in 5.11.4
