I have been having a regular meeting each week.  The invite comes to my email and I am able to successfully join the meeting each time. The problem is that the user name displayed is my son's. I have my own independent zoom account and so does he but i don't know why the meetings are being linked to his account. I don't know if somewhere along the line if I ever used my email to set up his account. Any meetings I have always display his name. Please can anyone help?

I like to record myself on Zoom giving feedback to students on assignments. Sometimes I do not want my camera on but would like my picture to be there vs just my name. When I am recording I see my picutre but when it plays back it is just my name. Does Zoom allow your image to be shown in these types of recordings/playbacks?

I have a Pro account and followed the guideline to activate the HD recording resolution (one on one meeting). The recording quality is 1280x720 for the gallery view, but it's 640x360 for the speaker view.

How can I get a higher quality for both recordings?

Hi, 

About 2 weeks ago, I am experienceing issues where my audience is unable to hear any music that I play from the the room where I am conducting a class. This is essential for me to conduct my classes. 

It appears the some people can hear the music sometimes but no all the people all of the time. This also comes & goes during the call.

When I talk, everyone on the call is able to hear me clearly, but not when I sing while playing a keyboard or when playing music using an external device like a CD player. 

 

I have applied the latest updates for the Zoom client & Windows PC updated. 

 

This is urgent as I am unable to conduct my classes over Zoom. 

I use my personal Zoom account that I have paid for.

How long does it take to update my account so that there's no limit of 40 minutes?
