Zoom was working fine on Mac when issue suddenly occurred. I am able to enter the room login and name but no automatic password window popups after I click on "join" (popup not hiding behind other windows) making it such that i am unable to join meeting. The "leave meeting" message then pops up when I quit Zoom. Problem has persisted after deleting and re-downloading.

I know Zoom can support screen sharing for multiple apps simultaneously (e.g. Chrome and Powerpoint), and screen sharing of a connected mobile device. I couldn't figure it out, but is there a way to cast a mobile device and another app from one user at the same time (specifically for me, powerpoint and iPhone mirror)?

I want to host a meeting that will have people register to attend.  I DO NPOT want the participants private compromised but do want to assign them a special "user number" displayed on the screen.

So, 40 people register for the Zoom event/meeting

When they log in, they are automatically assigned a user number that show up on the screen instead of their actual identifying name.

Anyone have any ideas?

Dear Zoombies/Zoomophiles,

Methinks the "Settings" page for Zoom can be a little overwhelming/confusing for the average Joe-or-Joanne-Blow. I'm aware there's a bucket load of great info about Zoom, especially such pages as https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/p/product-support or https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/201137166. I particularly like the SHOW ME VIDEOS https://learn-zoom.us/show-me-min as a way to learn.

However,  the connection between all the information disseminated through the videos to the on-the-spot decisions one makes when choosing options in "Settings" can, imho, oft go awry.

Ergo, I'm wondering would a video link beside/below each-and-every setting option in "Settings" help?

I like that there is often a description of what a setting option offers, but let's admit it, not all settings have a description, and most importantly, I firmly believe a funky one-or-two-minute vid has the potential to explain better than anything that's written.

Would the Zoom company be willing to take on such a task? I think it could become a bit of a dog's breakfast if it was done randomly by the public. (that said, I'm open to having my mind changed on that particular point).

I am wanting to record a yoga class that I am teaching on zoom. I would like to be able to see the students when i am recording but would like the replay to only show me. I googled and found what i thought would do that (settings-recording-and toggled on "record active speaker, gallery view, and shared screen) but i did that and it didn't work. Is there something else i need to be doing?

Wonder if anyone can offer help on an ongoing Zoom recording problem. 

I hosted and recorded a meeting which lasted just under an hour. The "double_click_to_convert" 01 and 02 files are 278,331kb and 1,446kb respectively. However, the converted mp4 video is only 37,469kb and output consists of just over 6 minutes of the whole meeting, super time-lapsed. It's as if the video was put on fast forward, participants talking so fast the contents simply cannot be understood.

This is an ongoing problem - I previously recorded a 3 hour meeting which condensed into just over 15 minutes, again with the same problem and rendering the recording redundant. We've exhausted all solutions we can think of - Zoom has been re-installed, repaired and updated multiple times. 

Is there anything I can do to correct the current recording - convert it properly into the hour-long video it's supposed to be?

And can anything be done to stop this ongoing problem with recording in zoom?

Would you please tell me how can I livestream in more than one place On Facebook? When I prepare to go live on Facebook, it gives me only one option to choose from: 1) my own feed 2) a page 3) a group. I would like to stream to many places at the same time- for example on 1 page and 3 groups. Thank you.

I  have application of Type JWT that is already created long time ago, What I understood that it will still be available for my customers to use before 1 September, but I can not create new app in jwt after 1 June.
