I am looking for some sort of digital rewards system for Zoom for my online lessons. There is a similar app called ClassIn which awards the participants of the meeting trophies. Does Zoom offer anything like this or are there any extensions for this?

Hey guys and lad´s,

I bought Zoom Pro yesterday for a Meeting today. I wanted to record the whole conversation to upload it on YouTube later.

In the Zoom call I started the recording and my Partner confirmed the recording.

When we finished the call I clicked "stop recording" and completed the meeting afterwards. Sadly, the recording does not appear in the Programm, even on my hard disk in the "Zoom folder" - there's no file existing from the meeting today.

I tested the recording yesterday and today before the meeting with some short sequences, both worked well and shows up in the Zoom Programm and the Folder.

The call was 80 Minutes long, I thought may it needs some time to save, but after an hour it still not appear. No error was shown.

Computer is a MacBook Pro m1 with 1TB / 16gb RAM (600gb free space) and zoom version is 5.14.7.

Is there any possibility to still get the recording? Can I do something to find it?

I am new to Zoom and would like to know how I can go about requiring registration (first name, last name and email address) for every Zoom meeting I schedule.  Zoom Support seems to indicate that 'authentication' of the registrant is required as well.  Is there any way to simply require the participants to provide their name and email address before joining the meeting?  Most of the meetings will be recorded and transcribed and so I want to make sure that I have the participants' name for transcription purposes.  Thank you.

The set up is:
1- Presentation on my laptop
2- Left Monitor hooked via HDMI to my laptop that shows a part of the participants 
3- Right Monitor hooked via HDMI to my laptop that shows another part of the participants \

In the past 3 days, I have tried to get remote control to work. I have tested this on three different PC laptops. I am using the zoom desktop client Version: 5.13.3 (11494) on the device I am typing this message; on another device I just updated to the latest version. On the third device I am also using a recent desktop client. Every place we can enable remote control we have selected the enable option. However, the icon never appears on any toolbar, and it is never an option listed under "view options."

On my personal laptop where I have permissions, I even followed the "clean uninstall" then reinstall instructions & still, nothing. 

It seems to be a known issue that this option disappears for some zoom users and never returns.

Is there a setting on windows devices somewhere that needs to be adjusted, aside from the "enable remote control" setting?
