One of my users accounts has completely disappeared. It was a licensed account (Our CEO unfortunately). I am working with Zoom support but am wondering if anyone else has seen something similar. Facts Used a week ago and no trace of it since, no evidence of it being deleted and her license is now freed up. While investigating issue, she stated she also had 2 other accounts that have also disappeared. She is not tech savvy but I trust that she did not go into account settings and delete 3 accounts.

I'm wondering if there is a way to disable screen share on my end so that I can view more people on the screen and not have to look at them in the tiny postage-size thumbnail screen? I need to be able to see everyone clearly, and be able to see who is speaking, and if they're reduced to the thumbnail, oftentimes it's hard to tell who is speaking. Is this possible???

Apple has updated Ventura and I cannot download Zoom on my new desktop OS.
Zoom had addressed this same issue in the earlier version of Ventura.
Hello! I just finished a meeting where I was originally not the host, but was given host permissions after the host left. I recorded the meeting and selected save to cloud. However, I am unable to locate this video. I tried to submit a help ticket, but was rejected. Any advice would be fantastic. Thank you!

Getting the message "Adding Zoom meeting" stuck when adding zoom meeting on Outlook for Mac Calendar invite. After a few minutes, it will give the error "We're sorry, we couldn't access zoom". We tried different internet connections (Office Wifi, Home Wifi and Hotspot), we also tried with and without VPN but getting the same issue.

I am using Zoom on MacOS 12.4; Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5350U CPU @ 1.80GHz This seems to fit under the specifications required to enable blurred background on Zoom. I have toggled this option, signed out and back in to see this option not turning on for me. Am I missing something?

While using ZOOM Meetings, there is a high probability that the screen and audio will stop, forcing us to restart ZOOM. I am currently job hunting and often use ZOOM for interviews, etc. and am very annoyed by this error. If anyone can clarify and resolve the cause of the error, I would appreciate your help. Please help me.
This is the second time such an error has occurred, and the first time it was resolved by updating the version, but this time it has not been resolved by updating the version.
