I will be hosting an upcoming meeting (not a webinar) that requires registration. I would like to send registrants a separate reminder email ahead of the meeting with the link to join so they can easily find this link; we expect many participants who will not be tech savvy, so convenience is key here. How does the host of a meeting find a link for registered participants to join? thank you!

I am running a meeting where I would like to have two separate breakout sessions each with several breakout rooms, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. For each breakout session I want to pre-assign attendees to each room, as each will have a nominated facilitator. But I would like a different mix of people in each room in the afternoon compared to the morning. Is there any way of doing this? Or can I allocate a facilitator to each room and then have the other attendees randomly assigned?

I have noticed on my iPhone that the Zoom camera stays active when I put a Zoom meeting on hold to accept an incoming phone call.  Everyone back on the Zoom meeting can still see me taking the call (and see mostly my ear if I'm not using speakerphone!).  This is unexpected; the camera should turn off.  My telephone audio does not make it on to the zoom call however, which is a relief. 

I am pretty sure the camera should turn off and stay off while I take the phone call, unless I deliberately press a button in zoom to force the camera to stay active for some reason (unlikely I would ever want to do that). This is for privacy reasons. 

Is this a bug? Known issue?  Is there a Zoom configuration option somewhere that controls this? Thank you.

I run a small business with people who work for me delivering classes. They always connect to Zoom on regular meetings with the same session link (for practical purposes), and I'd like to have them preassigned to their Breakout rooms. Can anyone guide me so that I don't need to be sitting at my desktop every day to assign them to a breakout room? Thanks!
