Unable to restart a meeting for 10 minutes?

I was unable to restart a meeting - I was forced to wait 10 minutes? Is this a thing now?

I think it is safe to say that this is a thing now. 

 

Users who require meetings that exceed 40 minutes should take a look at this message and offer from Carla.
