In june I schedulled 2 upcoming meetings, one on aug 18 and one on sept 1

Both of the have individual access links

When I now log in I can only see the august 18th meeting in my upcoming meetings board and are starting to freak a bit

I have about 80 people coming in for the sept 1st meeting!

What could have happened and what do I do?

Our group uses Zoom to host simple meetings - typically one speaker and everyone else just listens. From the start, we have always placed potential participants in the waiting room until we recognize their name and them let them into the meeting. (We got started that way because of concerns about allowing in disruptors. That concern has lessened and we would like to let people in more easily/quickly.)

We have a large Contact List for two reasons: 1- So that telephone callers are automatically identified in the meeting by name instead of showing their phone number.  2- So that known "computer" participants are quickly recognized and permitted into the meetings.

It would be nice if everyone on the Contact list could skip through the Waiting Room and only those who are unidentified (and not on the Contact list) were held in the Waiting Room until permitted entry by the host or co-host. Seems like an obvious and simple use of the Contact list.

Would that kind of filtering be possible? Is it already, and we just don't know how to do it? Thoughts, anyone?

The Zoom Meeting steps to "stop incoming video" seem like they are applicable only to stop me as a participant from seeing anyone else's video. I'm the host for all of our meetings and I'm being asked to stop everyone from coming into the meeting with video on so that no-one sees anyone's video. Is that possible?

So far, what I'm doing is stopping a participant's video once they are in a meeting and have their video on.

We want to stop all video from everyone so that no one sees anyone's video. Can we do that?

Obviously, it would be nice if we could train all of our users to enter our meetings with their video off, but we have a lot of older participants who don't seem to understand how to do that and usually show up with their video on and they don't even realize it. --Often with results that are embarrassing for all concerned.

(BTW, in case its relevant, our participants/users are not divided into "groups" and our users do not have organizational emails.)

Our fitness business has a premium account that we use to train clients virtually (we have multiple trainers utilize our business account since it’s under the same organization.  When they log in from their individual device, it’s constantly asking for a verification code.  Can we shut this option off so each of our staff can use the business account as needed when training their clients virtually?
