I WAS NOT THE HOST, SO UNABLE TO REACH ZOOM BY PHONE DUE TO THE PEOPMTS WANTING A HOST NUMBER TO CONTINUE BY PHONE FOR ASSISTANCE. I TRIED TO CHAT, THEY WANTED ME TO COME HERE....I URGENTLY NEED ANSWERS TO CONTINUE EMPLOYMENT ....THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

unable to find a recording

HI guys, I recently conducted an interview in which I did a test recording to make sure the video and audio was recorded and it worked. However when I did the actual recording, I found that the test was in the saved location on my desktop but the actual recording I did after is nowhere to be found. 

 

Can someone shed some light on this problem?

Couldn't download videos

Please I'm unable to download zoom video recordings. The download will start and stop along the line. Please help me because I don't understand why it keeps happening

Audio/mic cut out partway through meetings

For the past few months, my audio and microphone will work completely fine at the beginning of a meeting but suddenly cut out. Both the audio and mic cut out at the exact same time. This has happened 30 minutes into meetings as well as 3 minutes, so ... Show more

For the past few months, my audio and microphone will work completely fine at the beginning of a meeting but suddenly cut out. Both the audio and mic cut out at the exact same time. This has happened 30 minutes into meetings as well as 3 minutes, so there is no standard time frame. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall Zoom with no improvement. The same issue happens with and without headphones. Once the audio/mic cut out, they do not come back. I always leave and rejoin the meeting, and they both work fine immediately upon reentering. However, the issue may occur again in the same meeting/link a while later. For reference, this is on my laptop which is a late 2015 MacBook Pro.

In the last month 3 times during Zoom meetings my screens start blinking on and off and disrupting conversations with others. The advice given by Zoom is not relevant as I do NOT have a NVIDA graphics Card.i am paying for service and this is impacting my business

 

What can i do to resolve this

DTMF Meeting - Personal Audioconference

I joined a Zoom meeting using my cell phone and dialing a number from the Global Dial-In Numbers list.
Once inside the meeting, DTMF commands like *6 to open and close the sound and others functions, work normally.
After that, I add a number to my cell phone call (so I pay the call costs). After merging the call, we can normally hear what is said in the meeting. But DTMF commands no longer work, even if I disconnect the other number from this personal conference. The DTMF features only work again if I end the call with the zoom and call the meeting again (Global Dial-In Numbers).
I would like to know how to make the dtmf commands keep working even if I add a person to my personal call.

I need to access a recorded meeting so I can rewatch it!

but when i open the link to access i'm asked for a passcode and i can't find the passcode. it's quite frustrating to navigate e zoom for me. thanks for any help

Hi! During a training session with participants in Mongolia, several of our participants no longer had the breakout room icon. They were also unable to find it by clicking "more." This was true of users on phones as well as laptops. One of them even left the meeting, completed an update, and joined the meeting again. Still, no icon. We use the self-select breakout rooms, and the majority of our participants did not have this issue.
