I recorded a meeting between myself and two other participants. We are doing this for a final in a class for graduate school. The meeting was recorded, and once over it automatically converted the file. Once it was complete, I saved it under her name on my desktop to be able to email them to each other to send in for our final grade. I can't open any of the meetings now, and when I got one to open it only played the audio part of the meeting. Can anyone please help??

I am using Microsoft Remote Desktop on Mac (both with most up to date software) to access an Azure Virtual Desktop for Windows 10, and when using Zoom the camera does not work (same result for Facetime camera or my external Logitech Brio) when running the Zoom App. It does work if I use the web app. How can I get the camera to work within the Zoom app and not via web browser? Thank you,

I am on Fedora 36 using Zoom 5.11.9, using GNOME under Wayland. Normally I perform most of my work on an ultrawide 3440x1440 monitor. When I attempt a screenshare from this resolution, it appears that most, if not all people in the call (who are likely probably running at 1920x1080 or 1200) aren't able to see my screen. From the attachment, my screen appears distorted in the eyes of others in the room. I have noticed that if I scale my resolution down to 1920x1080 (which is my laptop displays' native resolution), my screen appears just fine. So I'm going to rule this down to Wayland and resolutions beyond 1920x1080 (or 1200). If I run an X11 session, I notice that the screenshare scales down to fit 1080p monitors, but is otherwise perfectly visible. This is sort of the behavior I was hoping for under Wayland as well. If it matters - I am connected to the external monitor via DisplayPort. I've tried setting the refresh rate to 60 or 100 hz, but that had no effect.

I want to send this as feedback and a feature request to Zoom but I see no expedient way to do that even though I have feedback enabled. FEATURE: I want to share a video with audio with a colleague that is three hours long. But, I do not want to hear the video! I want him (or how ever many people are in the audience) to hear the audio but I dont want to have to listen. Currently, Zoom requires that my computer is playing the audio while streaming the video. I want to be able to do other work while the video is running and not have to listen to the lecture for three hours. I hope zoom will implement a way to stream audio/video without having to listen to it myself. Thank you

I just downloaded and tested the Zoom PWA app on my Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2. The video quality is dismal. The regular Zoom app video was decent. Is there any fix for the video? The Chromebook itself has high quality video, so I can only assume that this is an app issue that needs to be resolved.

I had a set zoom meeting, but the meeting id no longer seems to be working. I have been using the same id and password monthly for 7 months, but when I went to use it in August it didn't work. It has been used for a monthly meeting. Why would it suddenly stop working?

Hello, I am really struggling using Zoom on this chromebook (bought new recently). The camera on the device is great, and really good quality on Hangouts or Teams. But on Zoom, it is incredibly choppy and has low resolution, which makes it hard to use consistently in work. It also freezes briefly when turning camera on/off or moving to a new screen. I have searched. I am unsure how to improve this, so would appreciate any help. Thank you
