My organization wants to post recorded educational webinars that do not allow viewers to skip ahead.  We offer continuing education credits for our profession, and the recertification codes will be at the very end of the webinar recordings.  Is there a way to turn off the option to skip ahead to the end?  We can't just give away the codes by allowing them to skip the content and without having them view the entire webinar, per our "parent" organization.  I have searched and can't find this information.  Thanks!

Blur accidently deleted. Help !

I accidentally deleted it from "Background & Filters"   Tried reinstalling Zoom - did not help.

Please tell me how to re-install Blur?

Zoom terminated my meeting at 40 minutes even though I have a Pro membership for years

After meeting was terminated at 40 minutes I checked my user profile and it listed me as being a "Free" member.

I could not figure out how to update this information in the profile.

 

Any suggestions?

him im currently using this for school and am signed in through google. im trying to switch between my personal account that is logged in the same but wont let me log in. it goes straight to my school account no choice.

We have uploaded a meeting recording couple days ago, and the video was good to go. Today, we wanted to recheck the video to make sure everything's fine, however, we saw issues such as frozing video, and the audio, not being in sync with the video.

 

Is it possible that a Zoom Recording file be corrupted after uploading? Or is this related to the internet connection?

 

We need urgent help as we are on a tight deadline.

Zoom update not working

Zoom forces an update to sign in. Downloading the latest version from https://zoom.us/download and running the exe file simply opens the app. I now cannot sign in or join any meetings with the desktop client. Any help or ideas? Do I need to uninstall... Show more

Здравствуйте, проблема следующая, на macOS подключен 11 айфон. Когда начинаю конференцию и начинаю двигаться на камеру, она двигается за мной, как отключить это? 

Recording Missing

I joined this meeting in zoom client (web) without signing in and somehow got the right to record the meeting. However, after ending the meeting I couldn't find the recording in my local or anywhere. Where could it be saved? Thanks.
