So I hosted a meeting where we needed to share two screens, one with an English version of a presentation and another with a Spanish version of a presentation. We also used interpretation during this meeting. We don't need to show each version of the presentation and screen share them side-by-side. Participants can toggle whichever screen share / version of the slide they want to see. The challenge is that I wanted to capture two recordings: 1) One recording of the first screen share of the Spanish version of the presentation with the Spanish audio interpretation channel 2) Another recording of the second screen share of the English version of the presentation with the main English audio channel. We had multiple people record locally. The problem I've run into—and as was the case for multiple people in my meeting who tried to record locally—is that even if I had selected the second screen, it would default to recording the first screen that was shared. So what we ended up getting were these two recordings: 1) One recording of the first screen share of the Spanish version of the presentation with the Spanish audio interpretation channel. 2) Another recording of the first screen share of the Spanish version of the presentation with the main English audio channel (despite choosing to view the second screen share of the English version of the presentation). TLDR Wanted recording of 1) Spanish presentation slides (screen shared first) with Spanish Audio and 2) English presentation slides (simultaneously shared second) with English Audio. First video captured fine. Issue: For second video, Zoom defaulted to recording Spanish presentation slides (shared first) with English Audio despite toggling to view the English presentation slide (second screenshare). Can someone help fix this or confirm this is just a default action (and bug/issue) that Zoom has?

As a teacher of English, I use a graphics tablet/pen to write on the wide screen of my PC during meetings, jump from page to page on my browser and have many tabs open in order to do so, and switch from program to program using my taskbar. The problem is that the menus for the meeting and for annotation are horizontal so having moved them to the top and bottom of my screen so as to not obscure my view, I have to move them every time I want to open a tab or view a running program (e.g. a pdf file, jpeg image, word doc, etc). And the main menu bar, self-hiding when moved to the bottom of the screen, is not helpful all the time.
Is there an option to make the menus vertical, so that I can move them to the sides of my screen (like the apps menu bar - which I switch off) and therefore not have to keep moving them? If this option is not available, why not, as it's a no brainer for making meetings more user friendly?
Thanks in advance for any replies,
A

Zoom works great on my Ipad.
But on my Mac, it is totally fuzzed out, although I can make out the general outlines, and colors seem appropriate but but lack any depth.
I have a Zoom One Pro Account. I have been signed in all the time, but recently I tried to sign in my account using my friend laptop. I was prompted to enter 2FA. I did not setup 2FA for Zoom in my google authenticator, and I was not given any recovery code. Now I am unable to sign in to my paid account and am stuck, because the chatbot keeps asking me to reset password, which was successfully did, but still stuck at the 2FA verification, I can't sign in to my ipad and laptop because I had changed password and stuck also at 2FA. Can anyone please help?

No matter how many times I sign out and sign back in again when I send a calendar invite it comes from my old place of work email and not from my current work email. Very confusing in meetings. I want to permanently sign out of zoom attached to old email and permanently sign in with new one. Any advice? I've logged out, deleted zoom app, logged in with google at sign in, not sure what next step should be. thank you

I have a paid basic Zoom account and set up a Recurring meeting with No Waiting Room and Join before Host enabled so assigned Meeting Leader can use the Host Key to start the meeting and manage the meeting when I am not present. My Leaders do not have a paid Zoom account. When they sign in using ID and Passcode, a Message is displayed that the meeting is waiting for the Host to sign in. I have double and triple checked my User and Admin settings to insure that I have the Waiting Room disabled and Join before Host (anytime) enabled. My Leaders are NOT able to Join before Host and use the Host Key. I have to sign in every time and Start the Meeting and make the Meeting Leader "Host" and then I leave the meeting. Why does this not work? I have the 5.13 version

The webinar on hybrid meetings I attended yesterday did not address my situation. We are a nonprofit without a dedicated space. We run a lecture series that used to take place in an auditorium, looking to go hybrid (meeting format, not webinar) at some point in the near future. What kind of equipment setup do we need to allow a speaker to present slides to both an in-person and Zoom audience, where the speaker and audiences can see and hear each other? We haven't decided on a venue as yet so cannot count on the venue providing anything other than the space and an internet connection.
