I have been screen sharing an audio file from my MacBook Air and the music is heard clearly...when I speak, however, my voice is very quiet and cannot be heard clearly over the music.  Would using AirPods or a lapel mic help with this?  Is it a zoom issue or a Mac speaker issue?  For those of you who have had success sharing music AND speaking simultaneously, what is your secret?  Thank you!

When generating a details report for "active hosts", the spreadsheet generated had always included individual participant names (along with join and leave times for participants). Now it doesn't. I know the information has been recorded because I can click on participants (before generating the report) and see the information. I can even export a list of participants individually for each meeting but that is not feasible. I want to be able to export a spreadsheet that includes all individual participants one month at a time like I used to. Any help would be appreciated.

Crackeling sound for all participants, flickering Video for all, unusable junk!

Latest version on Mac OS X Ventura still starts to crackle and to flicker in a way, that you have to leave the meeting, as everybody else is impacted.
Latest version, fresh install: 5.12.9 (13190)

This is unusable junk.

Our church has been using Zoom for several years.  Since moving the host computer to Windows 11 from Windows 10, the host program begins to video-freeze after 20 minutes and then crashes Windows completely -- not a blue screen, a black one.  When we switch back to a Windows 10 host on the same internet provider, the system is quite stable.  We are "religious" about doing updates for Windows and Zoom.  For the moment we are considering Zoom to be incompatible with Windows 11.

I have a Zoom account that I use exclusively to livestream and record classes in my fitness studio and use a professional audio and camera set-up.  If I do not have the "Original Sound for Musicians" set to On the music is filtered out by the Zoom software.   I need this set to be on 100% of the time, but I can not find a setting that will allow me to do this.   Can you tell me how to adjust my preference or settings so that this is always on?

I'm sure that anyone livestreaming fitness classes, teaching music lessons, or recording music wouldn't want to enable this feature every single time they use zoom.

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with my zoom videos and hoping to find help.  I have a family Google profile and a business Google profile.  When I go to my family Google profile and log in to my Zoom account most of my recordings aren't there, but the ones that are there I can watch. When I go to my business Google profile and log in to my zoom account ALL my video's are there, but I can't watch any of them.  A box pops up that says, "You must sign in with the same account on the web to open this link.  Error code:124" .  I can't figure out why when I record a video (logged in to the same Zoom account under different Google profiles) I can't just see them under my zoom account.  Today I recorded a video in my BUSINESS google account, logged into my BUSINESS zoom account and it is only showing up in my recordings when I'm logged in to my FAMILY Google account????   Please Help!!!!!!!! I'm so frustrated and don't know where to go to find answers.

Hi,

I teach music through my Licensed Zoom account and have Original Audio, High Fidelity Music Mode, Echo Cancellation, Stereo audio all 'on', Automatically Adjust microphone volume 'off' and Suppress Background Noise on 'low' and my students all have the same. I haven't had issues with other students, but just one student's audio cuts out when she's playing her bass guitar.

As we've tried all the settings suggested in the troubleshooting pages, and it's not an issue for other students, she tried using a different laptop to check if it was a microphone issue at her end, but the same thing happened on a different laptop. I can hear her voice fine, but shortly after she starts playing bass, the audio cuts out. We've resorted to quietly playing a podcast close to her microphone so that Zoom still thinks there's talking happening so it doesn't cut audio, which somewhat works to preserve the bass audio, but this obviously isn't a long-term solution.

This has only started happening in the last two months.

Any ideas on what the issue could be?

Tech specs for context:

My laptop (works fine with other students) - Windows 10. Zoom Version 5.9.1 (2581)
Student laptop 1 (audio cuts bass completely) - Dell Latitude 5520. Windows 10. Zoom Version 5.9.3 (3169)

Student laptop 2 (audio cuts bass completely) - Lenovo IdeaPad. Windows 11. Zoom Version 5.9.1 (2581)
Other student (audio was completely fine) - Mac. Zoom Version 5.5.4 (13130.0228)
