Zoom won't load on my MacBook pro.

I've had this account for 3 years with no problem. Suddenly, it won't load. I've also had access on help on chat and now it's saying it's not available to me. No explanation.

Registration questions displayed in attendance reports for Meetings (like with Webinars)

Webinar attendance reporting includes the answers to custom questions. We use this to identify participants for tracking by collecting their employee ID. Works great for webinars. I've only been able to get the usage report for Meetings that gives the standard details: Name | User Name | Join Time | Leave Time | Duration | Guest.

 

Is there an equivalent report for Meetings that have custom registration questions? Otherwise, I have to reconcile the registration information for each attendee. We don't have unlimited webinar licenses and must use Meetings for smaller groups. If it doesn't exist already, it would be a great benefit to have this in the future.

Cloud storage to local storage

Is there an easier way of moving recordings from cloud to one's local pc to free up space on the cloud to be within the limited storage space for the cloud?

Zoom on windows 10 Audio suddenly stopped working

Unsure what happened but yesterday Wednesday Oct 5th went onto Zoom like I normally do and video works great but audio suddenly stopped working.  Look at options and thought maybe reinstall Zoom .. did that.    Reinstall the Cam I use and still no fix.     Sound in general is fine on my laptop just on Zoom is issue even in Browser of Zoom test room.   Everything was fne last week when I was on Zoom.   Zoom works on my Ipad or phone just not on desktop.  

 

I use Windows 10 64 bit.   Did I all the suggestions mentioned in other articles.   I think Zoom has tech issues with their update maybe.   Wondering if I should try an older version.

Difficulties connecting to breakout rooms

I am holding an online meeting and we go into break-out rooms frequently. every time the same three users are unable to connect to their designated breakout room. In the breakout room window, they show as "not connected", often their frozen image is still visible in the main room. after a time, they bounce back into the main room or lose the connection entirely.

 

Version issues seem unlikely, because zoom now insists that clients be reasonably up to date. As host, I update automatically.

 

Anyone else have these issues and/or success dealing with it?

Resolved! convert recording after zoom app aborted

We had a meeting in progress with local recording when the zoom app (on MacOS) of the host froze and aborted. The computer restarted. However, the meeting continued and the host was able to re-enter the meeting.Now we have a double_click_to_convert_0... Show more

We had a meeting in progress with local recording when the zoom app (on MacOS) of the host froze and aborted. The computer restarted. However, the meeting continued and the host was able to re-enter the meeting.

Now we have a double_click_to_convert_01.zoom file on the computer, but are unable to convert it to video. The suggestion Transcode.app does not work: the transcode app does not seem to start, not with double clicking, not with open with, and even not when started manually. 

How can we recuperate the video?

I have been tasked with setting up SSO on Zoom using Azure. We are currently running it on ADFS. I was wondering if you can use the Azure and ADFS SSO solutions at the same time for testing purposes. I don't really want to turn of ADFS SSO if I can help it.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Webcam video stops when unplugging headset jack

I am experiencing an issue where the video from my webcam stops every time I unplug the headset jack, even though the webcam is still connected. Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue?
