Hi everyone! I need help with a resolution question when recording to the cloud.

I want to be able to do a cloud recording while in Active Speaker view and ideally be able to download in a 1920x1080 resolution. At the current moment the best I can get is 640x360 resolution. I have already turned on the Group HD feature in settings and made sure my camera visual is in HD.

Is is possible to have a cloud recording of Active Speaker view in a resolution greater than 640x360?

Thank you for the help!

I have a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019, 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7) connected to an external Samsung Monitor.
Using this setup for a zoom meeting results in video frame dropping, audio lag and the overall system becoming slow and sluggish.

The problem goes away when I disconnect my Monitor.

I've checked the activity monitor when the MBP is connected to an external monitor and I see the zoom usage go up as high as 120% of the CPU time and overall system usage to 86%.

I still haven't found a solution to this. Can someone please help?

We have been using Zoom for a couple of years and hadn't had any problems hosting Hybrid meetings and using screen share.  We recently added a Meeting Owl Pro as our Camera/Microphone for meetings.  The sound recording is amazing, video isn't super but much better than our previous camera.  The problem is that when we try to do a screen share it now isn't showing for anyone and has actually crashed the Zoom meeting.  Has anyone else experienced any issues with Zoom / Meeting Owl / and screen sharing?  If so, did you figure out how to resolve the issue?

I am using a windows OS, dell laptop that has Intel R UHD Graphics 620, with a logitech Webcam C920.

When on zoom meetings, I have this spontaneous flickering that happens throughout (not over the entire screen but just my camera feed) and it is unpredictable.

1. I've tried two different webcams that show flickering only when using zoom - it does not flicker when I use the native camera app on my laptop.
2. I've tried all the steps laid out here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360062306851-Troubleshooting-screen-flicker-when-screen-sharing
3. I've tried uninstalling and installing the latest zoom software
4. I've tried to uninstall and install my graphics driver
5. I've tried using logitech webcam app to change anti-flicker to 50Hz from 60Hz
6. Flickering does not happen on my laptop's built-in webcam while on zoom. Flickering also does not appear to be happening when on C920 + Zoom + Laptop display.
7. Installed the latest driver for my samsung monitor (S22E310H)
8. Continues to flicker on C920 webcam + Zoom + S22E310H monitor but no flicker on C920 + Camera App + S22E310H monitor.

I’ve had this display since 2017 and have no issues other than when I use zoom with C920. I tried plugging HDMI USBC to different ports but problem persists. Whether the app is on full-screen or not, HD vs original ratio, disabling hardware acceleration all does not appear to be related. Back in 2020-2021, I had no issues with zoom meetings. This problem came on as I needed to use zoom again. I have no issues with audio.

I’d appreciate it if anyone could point me to what I should be trying next

Thanks.

2 Questions!

--On Zoom App - When scheduling a meeting, why was the "No Fixed Time" taken out of  Recurring  I have an extensive list of recurring meetings that are used on a regular basis.

Why isn't the Recurring list on the web portal displayed alphabetically or with an option to sort alphabetically?? It is terribly frustrating and a waste of valuable time to scroll in order to find one meeting.

Over the past few weeks, Zoom's support has been unhelpful with the 2 important issues.

We have a meeting set up for 5/24/2023, I have it set so that registration is required, but it is approved automatically. However when people are going to register for the meeting it is giving the following error message "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address." I don't understand, I thought the point of the form was so they could register and would be automatically authorized. Please help! I need my team to be able to join and I really can't open it to unregistered users!
