Добрий день!
Стикнулась з проблемою під час запуску онлайн-трансляції конференції на свій ютуб-канал. Після того, як я натиснула "Активувати" трансляцію сторінка на ютубі з моєю трансляцією не відкрилась. Замість неї з'явилось повідомлення на екрані з написом "Видео недоступно". Хоча доступ до відео було обрано "Відкритий", ютуб-канал належить мені і трансляції на нього вже неодноразово проводились. Будь ласка, може хтось вже стикався зі схожою проблемою, прошу допомоги.

Hello!
I encountered a problem during the launch of the online broadcast of the conference on my YouTube channel. After I clicked "Activate" the broadcast, the page on YouTube with my broadcast did not open. Instead, a message appeared on the screen with the inscription "Video not available". Although access to the video was set to "Open", the YouTube channel belongs to me and broadcasts have already been carried out on it several times. Please, maybe someone has already encountered a similar problem, I am asking for help.

Poor music background quality in the zoom meetings

This started after the Windows Update last week. I used to be able to teach Pilates via Zoom and have music on the background using a mixer. Now, the music is garbled and horrible. I changed from my laptop to a desktop and it worked. Same settings and with the new update too. It worked but when coming back to the laptop doesn't work. So then, I purchased a new laptop and tried again. It is still garbled the back ground music. Checked all the settings and it all is good just like the desktop. I am not sure what to do. I will be travelling tomorrow outside of the country and I need to teach zoom and now I cannot do it with my old laptop and the new one that I just purchased. Of course I won't take my desktop with me but the question is why doesn't work with laptops anymore? anyone can help me please!!!!!!   my hubby and I are going crazy since last night that is all we do.

The image does not appear from the additional camera even though Zoom recognizes the camera

I connected a professional camera to the Zoom program, and Zoom recognized the type of camera, but the image did not appear

I have enabled co-host for meetings in Zoom, however when I try to add an email address to the meeting, the system states we are unable to assign '***********' as an alternative host because the user cannot be selecta at this time.   Co-host is enabled and I don't understand what is going wrong.

I've been having this issue for several weeks now and I cannot find anything to help me- my husband and I have spent countless hours trying to solve to no avail- and apparently, I'm not an important enough account for Zoom to bother to let me speak with someone to troubleshoot.

ISSUE 
* I have Zoom as a meeting location selection option on my Calendly account
* every time someone selects this option and I click to join/start the meeting in the calendar invite, it says waiting on the host to join.
* I am the host, so I click to sign in where it then just spins and spins and spins
* I then go to Zoom and sign into my actual Zoom account next, trying to join from the meeting tab, there is no record of the meeting showing on Zoom?

* I then go to the Calendly site and sign in to my account, I do see the meeting there, but when I click the link, the same thing happens...it says waiting for host to join, and will not allow me (The Host) to sign in 
* I then have to email the client apologizing and asking them to join me on Google Meet.

Hi,

 

I am a host of a regular meeting.  Some of my team members complain that they don't see the popup window showing "Breakout rooms will close in ... seconds" when a breakout meeting is ended.  I use my own devices and cell phones to test the scenario and I DO see the popup window without a problem.   Is it possible that such team members do not have a right version of Zoom?  They told me that they used to see the popup window.

 

Below is my setting for the breakout rooms.  Do you know what the problem is?  I want every member to see the popup window with a countdown message. 

 

My zoom is version 5.15.7 (20303).  I run it in my Windows 11 machine.  I think most of my team members run Windows.

I used to see the history of the meeting I started in the chat section with each contact with a card labeled "Outgoing Call". But after reinstalling Windows and Zoom I don't see the history of my meetings anymore.

 

I can see a report in the portal, but it isn't as useful as seeing them in the chat section with one certain contact.

For one thing, the names of the participants are not mentioned in the portal report.

 

I have a backup of my previous Windows installation. I was wondering if I could retrieve the files or history of meeting in the chat section.

Pronouns not showing for a single user

One of my students mentioned today that he could not see the pronouns anyone else had displayed in the Zoom room. Everyone else in the meeting could though. Why would this happen and how can it be fixed?

Can closed captions be created if the option wasn't on for a zoom recording?

If a recording was made without closed captions selected, is there a way to create closed captions?  If not through zoom, does anyone know an app?
