複数の参加者とミーティング中に共有する際に、自分のPCのデスクトップやファイルを見られないようにするにはどのようにしたら良いでしょうか？　PCにて共有する際に「共有停止」ボタンをすぐ押せば見られないと思いますが、「共有停止」ボタンを押すタイミングが悪く参加者に見られてしまうことを防ぎたいです。

My live streaming don't include my page

Dont find Documentation for expo apps

I have created a project in react native expo , and i want to integrate the functionality of zoom video call in it. but i didn't find any documentation to integrate video call in expo apps.

Select Audio Device before joining the meeting

When joining a meeting as host we get the option to select and audio device (e.g. "Join with computer audio") when we first open the meeting, however when we are joining as a guest we cannot select an audio device until after the host has joined. How... Show more

When joining a meeting as host we get the option to select and audio device (e.g. "Join with computer audio") when we first open the meeting, however when we are joining as a guest we cannot select an audio device until after the host has joined. 

How can we enable guests to select the audio device before the host joins?

audio problem.

When I join a meeting with 3 or more participants, my audio becomes garbled and other participants cannot understand me.

Zoom meeting invitations

I am scheduling my zoom meetings the same way as always, inputting the email address for clients, but no one is receiving invitation. I am using MAC computers. 

 

Anyone have any clues how to address this?

Resolved! Update option in the latest version of Zoom is missing

I used to click on the photo on the top right-hand corner and a dropdown box would include an option for checking for updates. I cannot find that function anywhere. Does anyone have the same experience? Does anyone how to do updates now? Thanks in an... Show more

Group admins vs. Account admins

Can a group admin have access to recording management for their group without being an admin on the entire account?

 

I have created groups in our account for each of our company's departments. I am making the department heads admins of their department's Zoom group. The department heads do not need to be admins for our entire Zoom account.

 

A department head tried to access recordings for her staff and got a message that "access to the recording page" is "disabled".

 

How do I give her access? Is it because she's not an admin on our entire account, and only an admin for the group?

Meeting Information

I hosted a meeting yesterday using my Personal Room link and want to see who attended but can't find that meeting under Reports. However, I can see the information from a meeting I hosted this morning using that same link. 

Any thoughts? TIA!
