Sharing ipad screen from desktop app

I used to be able to share my ipad screen when I was on Zoom on my desktop. I can no longer share my ipad screen. I have worked with the tech department in our building and they told me it is a result of the latest Zoom update. Is there a work around... Show more

I used to be able to share my ipad screen when I was on Zoom on my desktop.  I can no longer share my ipad screen.  I have worked with the tech department in our building and they told me it is a result of the latest Zoom update.  Is there a work around or are there plans to fix this?

saving my recordings outside of zoom and on a memory stick

I am almost full of all of my recordings on zoom icloud and I want to remove them from zoom  icloud onto a memory stick then delete it so I have room to do other recordings. How do I do that on my mac book air please?

Hi Zoom experts!

I recently integrated my Zoom account with my Wellness Living account in order to stream live dance & fitness classes.  It seems that around the 40-minutes mark my microphone starts to cut in/out & eventually stays out for the remainder of the class.  I do have a "pro" account but find it strange that the 40-minute mark is where the issues begin (as if I had a basic/free account). 

 

Wellness Living tech support cannot seem to verify any issues with setup. I looked at the hardware of each device, my speakers, my laptop, my audio mixer, my microphone, my music device - all seem to be working effortlessly in-person and perfectly fine up until that 40-minute mark. 

 

I recorded my Zoom session and can email anyone that may have some knowledge!  please HELP!

This can & will effect my revenue stream for my new small business.

Since the recent toolbar redesign, I've been having persistent issues with the annotation tools when using a whiteboard or sharing my screen, including:

- Double tapping pencil no longer switches to eraser

- When erasing, annotations are occasionally randomly erased across the screen far away from the point I was trying to erase - this is particularly frustrating! 

- Switching colors is very buggy and oftentimes, I have to switch to another tool, then back to the pen, before I can change the color as the menu won't open otherwise

 

As a teacher, this has really made my life much more difficult, and any help would be greatly appreciated!

So all this stuff started 2 months ago, since one of my clients moved to China. My client experienced Zoom error code 13215, and after I upgraded my account to “Zoom pro”, she was able to join my meeting again...until this month. Due to the problem in my budget, I couldn’t pay the payment before the due date(Nov 07, 2023). Yeah, I DID pay for it at Nov 11, and it says ‘My account has no outstanding invoices at this time’. On November 19, the client told me that she was unable to join my meeting again, experiencing Zoom error code 13215. I did upgrade my account, I did pay for it. Is there any other way that my client from China could join my meeting again?

I'm in Australia.

A user who previously accessed Zoom meetings by landline phone (1-2 years) can now no longer connect.

Using the same phone which previously gave no problem, you can dial the number that connects to Zoom and  make a connection.  You receive the message, 'Welcome to Zoom', please enter your meeting ID.

When you start entering the numbers for the meeting ID on the phone keypad you get a message saying you have not entered any numbers and it disconnects. 

I tried the same numbers on my mobile phone and it connected fine.

Would anyone have any idea please why it suddenly stopped working, and what the solution is.

The landline phone is an older model Uniden wireless phone (which as noted previously worked fine).  I don't have the model number of the phone with me at present.
