While a zoom meeting is going on my friend's video camera scans on the room on its own and even zooms in and out on certain people, almost like someone is making a video.  It wouldn't be a problem except her phone is used to bring the hybrid meeting to others in the room and the camera is always roaming.  Unfortunately, people on that end don't always see it but the people attending on Zoom are stuck with a roving camera. Is there a way to stop this?

Help.....I have spent the past 3.5 hours attempting to enable remote control. I have updated my computer to the latest version. The remote control setting will be enabled and when I try it, it still doesn't work. I go back to settings to check and it's turned off again. Can someone please tell me how to keep remote control enabled and how to pin it to the toolbar?

I was co-hosting a Zoom with three other people.  We set up breakout rooms for pairs at random, and 11 rooms were created, but Rooms 2 and 9 weren't showing up.  With the pairs randomly assigned, were the four co-hosts assigned to rooms?  We were having some technical issues so I'm not sure if there was a total of 26 attendees and four were dropped from the meeting, or it was only a total of 22.

After an interview I had through zoom, it appears I've lost the other persons half of the audio. The recording was directly through my device and not the zoom feature. I have the recording and was wondering if theirs a way to retrieve it or for the help team to retrieve a backlog of the transcript. Alternatively, does anyone know of a lip reading software to transcript the interview?

Zoom now saves ALL polls for all meetings in one library--without any way to organize them. While it will be great to be able to save polls in Zoom, our team needs to sort polls by meeting, either alphabetically or in separate folders. Help!

Is it possible to set up waiting room a few minutes before entering the Zoom, without interference by the host?

I want participants to be able to meet without a host, and I need them to see a message with some instructions before they actually enter the meeting.

They register through another program, so their email is not known by Zoom. 

Ideally I would use a auto-respons in the chat, but I found that that option does not exist. Hence this question.

hi, why my laptop cant listen the video sound that shared by others? But i checked mine and others ppl also no problem.

for example, a 3 min video shared by other, i only can listen few second , then no sound, then a bit sound again.

When I launch an instant meeting with ZOOM from a Windows tablet, I get the error "Unable to connect to the meeting (Error:10)".

Nevertheless, I can launch the instant meeting without any problem.

But the error message is annoying and confusing for users, and I'd like to remove it.
