I have deleted all the previously recorded files from cloud recording and there is not a single recorded file in the cloud anymore. Still, the cloud recording shows overused (9.79 GB (196% used) of 5 GB) and the new recordings on the cloud have been disabled.

Hi, how can I turn off the sound of the assistant who speaks out loud every time I or someone else "turns on/off the recording", "starts sharing the screen", or "joins the meeting"? Even when I turned off Zoom from my laptop and logged in again, the "assistant" announced aloud that "the latest updates have been deployed to the client."
I couldn't find any options to turn it off in the settings, only: "Sound notification when someone joins or leaves", which is turned off.
I would appreciate any help.

Hello. How can I make sure that in the video recording when the camera is turned off there is not an icon of a crossed out camera, but a logo?
I have locally stored recorded Zoom meetings. I wish to have Zoom transcribe the audio in these recorded Zoom meetings into a text file. How do I do this audio-to-text transcription? Thanks!
Hi, I assume that Umlauts are stored properly in UTF-8 or a similar convertible format and have been displayed that way until now. But a week or two ago (current version 5.16.2 (23409) on Mac), you presumably decided to switch that to the broken Windows 1252 encoding which makes me have to change my display name with each different meeting. It is no big deal, but annoying, as it has to be done constantly and is a very stupid fault from ages ago which I hoped would never come back. Also, I have no idea, whether this appears on other participants screens as well or not.

Zoom send an email "your account is using more than the available could recording storage, cloud recording will be disabled... 981.1 GB of 5 GB used (19,622% used)." Q3: Do I have to upgrade to keep the old recordings (981 GB)? I could only find to upgrade to 30 GB.
Q: Can I still use ALL of my OLD stored recordings in the future? They are needed for legal reasons. If not: Q2: HOW can I download all recordings at once to my hard drive (hundreds of recordings)?

I have 2FA enabled on Zoom Pro and since upgrading phones the 2FA is no longer working. I can not log into the account in order to disable it. I can not use Apple or FB because this account is set up using my work email. I can not even call support because they are asking for a personal meeting ID which I cannot see without logging in. I am going around in circles - please HELP!

I'd like to know how to allow anyone to start a meeting that I have organized, without me. I will be on vacation and need a team member to conduct meetings already set up with clients. I've already turned waiting room off, and chose "allow participants to join before host". I got my colleague to test it, but it's still not allowing her to start the meeting without me. The meetings are set up inside Outlook, connected with the Zoom app, but if I go to https://app.zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming - the meetings aren't listed there, so I'm unable to add an "Alternative host". Pls help

I have Mac Sonoma and I have the most updated iPad Air and I'm trying to share my screen via Airplay (which won't connect) and via cable (which just stands at a paused black screen and when I press play it stays paused). Please help.
