I came across this article and just had a few questions about the recording disclaimers: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068228

 

- Does "Show a disclaimer to participants when a recording starts" mean the pop up that asks a user to accept that the call is being recorded?

- Is it possible to remove this pop up for certain users and if so does that mean recording can start and they don't have to interact with the client at all?

Bonjour,

Lors d'une visio, je n'ai pas réussi à connecter ma caméra et l'audio lorsque la visio a commencé. 

J'étais en attente que l'hôte démarre la réunion, (j'étais invitée) et ma vidéo était bien activée. 

Lorsque je suis entré dans la réunion, j'ai fait "rejoindre l'audio", ça a fonctionné. Mais mon audio restait coupé. Et pareil pour la caméra. J'ai fait "démarré la vidéo" et impossible de les activer, mes icônes restaient en rouge barré et il ne se passait rien.

Je précise que la vidéo était enregistrée, et que l'hôte m'avait autorisé à activer mon audio et ma caméra.

Est-ce que cela est arrivé à d'autres personnes ? Et comment avez-vous résolu ce problème ?

Resolved! consistent link for specified meetings

hi, I share a zoom account in an organisation where there are several admins.There are a few people I have frequent zoom meetings with. Is it possible, rather than scheduling separate meetings with them with a new link each time, to set up one link p... Show more

hi, I share a zoom account in an organisation where there are several admins.
There are a few people I have frequent zoom meetings with. Is it possible, rather than scheduling separate meetings with them with a new link each time, to set up one link per person and use the same link every meeting with that person?
I can't set it as a recurring meeting cos it's not regular.

I also need it to show on the scheduled meetings so the other admins don't double book.

does that make sense?

Meeting history missing

I need to see details of a meeting I hosted in July this year. I've gone into Meetings > Previous but I'm only shown meetings from the current month. I've tried all sorts of date ranges on the calendar but it produces no results. Please help! Show more

Feature Request - Configuration separation of file types allowed - Internal vs. External Meetings

Can you please separate the permissions to allow posting of PDF files when the audience is internal? This would enable us to collaborate in real time on PDF files with internal employees without exposing ourselves to the following security risks. Cur... Show more

Can you please separate the permissions to allow posting of PDF files when the audience is internal? This would enable us to collaborate in real time on PDF files with internal employees without exposing ourselves to the following security risks.  

 

Currently it is only configurable at the global level. Meaning that if you enable PDF files, it applies to both internal and external meetings. Externally sharing PDF's pose the following security risks. 

 

  • Data Leakage 

  • No AV scan on incoming files sent via ZOOM.

  • There have been cases (some of which I know firsthand) about users who made Zoom calls, mostly job interviews, and the interviewer was a hacker posing. He sent the "contract" through Zoom and asked the employee to open it, thus taking over the workstation.

I DONT HAVE AN IT DEPARTMENT... I AM A ONE PERSON BUSINESS.. I wanted to run a meeting via zoom it wont let me and then says I have to upgrade get my IT department to do it. I needed to start running meetings.. this is absolutely hopeless for someone... Show more

Audio problemen: can't join audio

Error code: This meeting does not support dial in or call me to join. You cannot connect to the audio.

 

Happens when I start a meeting and want to join audio. Testing the audio, everything works at my side. Video works fine.

 

Please help?
