I want to set up an invite to a person with only a phone. I have zoom both on my phone and on my computer.
How do I do that?
Hello, I have a question that what is that error, and what is the potential issue here?
We're experiencing an issue with Poll in meetings where attendees can't see polls created by moderator. Attendees reported that some of them encountered `131000` error code, while others can't see it at all. Moderators also try to relaunched the polls a few times.
I think our app was using zoom sdk(@zoomus/websdk) version 2.12.2
Thank you

What I want is:I'd like to have the meeting recording setting disabled and locked for all users on my account except for 1 specific user (and it's enabled only for him). Is this possible? Can the meeting recording settings be adjusted at the user level?
I played around with the admin Account Management > Account Settings, but could only come up with these configurations:

Very briefly: I have four Windows 10 PCs, all on exactly the same home network, connected to the same service (Verizon FIOS). Two of them will connect to Zoom. A third used to, until a few days ago, when it stopped. The fourth I'd never tested, but now I've checked it and it does not connect to Zoom either. Details: On the two working computers, when I open the Zoom app I can log in, and I can setup and participate in video conferences perfectly normally. I can also go into any web browser on those machines and connect to the Zoom.us web page. On the two non-working PCs -- one of which had been working just fine with Zoom until a few days ago -- the Zoom application now hangs when I try to log in. Further, no matter what browser I try, the browser page hangs when I try to connect to Zoom.us. However, I *can* connect to Zoom subdomains (such as this community forum). As I say, on the one computer, this problem presented itself abruptly a few days ago after years of using Zoom with no problem. Solutions I have tried: 1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app. 2. Checking the firewall for any problems, or anything at all, related to Zoom. 3. Adding a rule to the firewall to allow Zoom.us. 4. Rebooting the computers. Turning the computers off and restarting. 5. Clearing the computer's IP cache. 6. Turning off the modem and the router and restarting them. 7. I have my home wired for Ethernet. With one of the working computers, which is a laptop, I disconnected the external Ethernet port, and reconnected that port (with the same Ethernet cable that works with the laptop) to one of the non-working computers. That did not resolve the problem on the non-working computer. 8. Clearing the caches on the various browsers that I use (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and one other I forget which). 9. I had been using Microsoft's firewall. I installed Norton's firewall, which did not fix the problem and did cause other problems, so I uninstalled it. Any hints, clues, suggestions, theories? Steve

Hello, I just had a session with a client and the buttons were extremely tiny. I mean...each smaller than a rice grain! How do I get the buttons (mute, video, share screen, setting, etc) back to normal size?????? Unsure as to how this happened. Yesterday I was on Zoom at a hotel...all was fine...now at home, the size changed!

Despite the fact that we have added the zoom app to the group, my friend isnt getting the option to stream to this particular group.
She is an administrator
She can stream to other groups
The two other moderators (me included) CAN stream to this particular group.
What can be going on here?

And the "Event notification endpoint URL" is valid on my server. But I got an error "Invalid URL" when I traying to save Event Subscriptions in my Server-to-Server OAuth app. Could you please help me?

Hi there, Everytime I receive a meeting invitation from my job, I 'm not being able to enter/access due to the following url that keeps blocking my session registration - "PrémioArquivo.pthttps://arquivo.pt/premio". After this blocking screen information, pops-up another "Zoom quit unexpectedly" asking to generate a crash report to you - I already did this several times, but got no answer. The above url that keeps showing, in fact, refers to an old event/session that I've attended several months ago. I've desinstalled and reinstalled ZOOM software a couple times, but this problem continues. I've clean the cache, without any positive results. I kindly ask your help/guidance to overcome this blocking event asap. Thank you.

Currently trying to work out deploying Zoom via MECM using AU2 switches. Here is what we have configured: msiexec /i "ZoomInstallerFull.msi" /qn /quiet /norestart zConfig="AU2_EnableAutoUpdate=true;AU2_LimitManualUpdateVersion=true;AU2_InstallAtIdleTime=true;AU2_SafeUpgradePeriod=0000-0400" ZNoDesktopShortCut="true" From reading, I assumed the app regardless of open or not, would auto update by itself while the Windows session was locked (idle and locked screen or screensaver etc) and/or update overnight between 0000-0400 (12am-4am) regardless of the app open or closed. That has not occurred. The only way we have gotten the app to update is to click the "update" button in the banner, or close the app, then open again (and it updates on that launch). We would like to configure the app to update whether open or closed while the device sits idle, and/or during the safe upgrade period designated by the install commands. I was not sure what else to try and was hoping others might have similar issues/requirements. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
