Webinar Panelists and Cohosts outside of my organization
I hosted a webinar on Monday of this week for over 600 people. Two former FDA directors so high profile. ALL of my panelists outside of my organization could NOT log in with the panelist link I sent to them multiple of times. I had to log them in using an alias email associated with their company/gov/edu zoom accounts. What is that? Most did not even know what that is? I don't understand how that could have happened? IF on the the backend I put in an email address why would zoom not let them into the mtg. I have two more webinars in the next two weeks. Please help.
