We use English > Spanish interpretation during our weekly webinars. Occasionally, we have English speaking hearing impaired listeners that would like to use the webinar so they can hear the audio better, but in the original audio which is English. Unfortunately, the feature "listen to original audio (language interpretation off)" doesn't mute the Spanish interpreter. I know that you can mute original audio and only listen in Spanish, but is there a way to mute the translator and only hear the original audio?  Thank you.

I have beens struggling for years to untangle this issue.  Would love any insight.  We have a facilitator that is streaming in via zoom.  We are able to put the video on a projector and send her voice from zoom into the mixing board and out to the speakers in the venue where we are holding the workshop.  We also have online participants who are getting on the same zoom call with the facilitator to participate remotely.  This is all good.  The issue arises when the facilitator leads a meditation/yoga session and we share music to the zoom call as well as play the music in the venue for the in-person participants.  Because the best and cleanest way to get sound into the zoom call is doing an advanced screen share "computer audio only". what this does is creates a virtual sound output 'zoom audio device'. the problem occurs because this device merges the computer output with the virtual output in the zoom call.  Meaning the voice of our facilitator gets merged with the audio that is being streamed from spotify on the same computer.  Aside from multiple computers is there a way to untangle the audio streaming to the computer output and the audio coming out of zoom?

Hi all,

Hopefully, someone can help. I am logged in to Zoom Webinar on a Windows computer as the Co-Host. When I share my screen and use PowerPoint, the shared screen disappears, and all I see is the gallery view. It has happened randomly, but it also happens when I click into the attendee pane while I am sharing slides.  I have a very hard time getting back to seeing my slides. The attendees and panelists see my slides even though I can't. I try resharing, and sometimes it works to get back to being able to see the slides. Help.

We have one user (K) with the "Webinar" license in our organization. They were recently on leave, during which time we moved the "Webinar" license to a different staffer (S), who set up a couple of recurring webinars. The usual webinar host returned, and we returned the license to them.  Because we hadn't set them up as a co-host while our interim host was holding the license, the usual host could not start the webinar. And because they no longer held the webinar license, the interim host could not start the webinar. This part all makes sense.

The part that we're stuck on is this:

  • Many had RSVPd for a Webinar on Monday that had been set up by the interim host -- we weren't able to start it because of the issue described above. We'd like to contact those people to apologize, but we don't can't access the RSVP list anywhere.
  • With the Webinar license restored to the interim host, we can see upcoming webinars, but we cannot see previous webinars -- the "Previous" tab says "You do not have any previous webinars."
  • I've looked around in the "reports" section, and I don't see any reports that would give us RSVPs for past webinars.

Is there any way for us to access the RSVP list for a past webinar that we weren't able to launch?

How can the webinar registration confirmation email contain a calendar invite so that it automatically goes into the registrants calendar without clicking having to click the link.  When I get meetings or Teams invites it shows up in calendars but the webinar confirm email after registering does not trigger this.  How can I fix?  Thanks!!!!!
