Has anyone else experienced an issue with publishing a Zoom Events conference with a coinciding expo? Everything will be greenlit to proceed with publishing (no conflicts, all dates are correct, all information saved, etc.), indicate that the conference is actively being published, and then (with no notification) simply stop publishing and keep the conference in drafts.

We have a big conference slated for mid-April and need to get this figured out immediately so that we can support booth representatives, attendees, etc. in advance. Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

I must give a Keynote presentation via Zoom this week.

Everything I'd read indicated that I would be able to share-screen only slides — but I would also see Keynote presenter notes.

There is apparently an "advanced" choice for "share partial screen."

But I don't have it.  Attached is all I have.

This is a "pro" account.
Mac OS 10.14.2.
Zoom 5.8
Keynote 9.1

Help!!!

Thank you.
Gina

Where to find the email id of webinar attendees?

Could not find the email id of attendees, even after making a sign in compulsory for webinar attendees. The report has the email id of panellists but is left with blank space for the attendee details.

I created a webinar with the following settings:

      Date: 03/11/2022 at 2:50 PM

      Duration 23hr0min

      Registration: Required

The problem was that in the next day in the morning the registration form was locked preventing all new registration knowing that the webinar was on and the time was before 1:50PM

Here the error "Webinar is over, you can not register now. If you have any questions, please contact Webinar host."

Any comments or suggestions to prevent this error in the future? your help is very appreciated.

I've done this in the past, and never had any problems. I have the latest version of Zoom (it asked to upgrade the experience and I said yes).

Under invitations, I click edit beside 'invite panellists' and get the option to add people. I do this, click send, but nothing happens and they are not saved as a participant, and don't receive an email.

Am I missing something?

I signed up for a conference that is making available the recording for each of the sessions . When I login to the event, however, and click on each of the sessions, I don't have any buttons/links available to actually watch it. Others are not having this issue so it is something that I am doing but can't figure out what. I am using a Mac (not iPad or iPhone). I have tried Chrome and Safari, I have rebooted my machine. None of that is working.

Any ideas? Thanks!!

f I create/set up a webinar, can someone else host it for me in my absence? What about their ability to run the Q & A session? Do they need any special permissions or instructions?

There is a 2-day webinar I host that is typically split into two days because of two topics being presented.  I also monitor the Q & A for each day associated with the webinar/invites. The idea presented recently was to make it a 1 day format, but I cannot be in two places at the same time.  If I created two webinar invites, could I host/monitor one and then assign the other one to be hosted/monitored by another person?

We need the webinar format and not meetings. Breakout session would be ideal, but that's only for meetings and not webinar. Also, the issue of needing to monitor both sessions would still be an issue in breakout session. I cannot monitor Q & A for both times/sessions.

Is there a way to do this? It does not seem to be possible for a panellist to initiate a communication in Q and A.
