Twice it has happened that persons have participated in my (test) webinars and I cannot see them in the participant's list. How is this possible, and what can I do to avoid it? Is it because they are joining from a browser?

Also I have noticed that participants are asked for their name and email before being allowed into the webinar. I already have their emails from when they registered for the webinar, and I want it to be as easy as possible for them to join the webinar. Is there some way to shut  that extra email registration off? I suspect this is Zoom collecting contact info and I am paying for it😀

All the best!

I've set up a test webinar and successfully registered two test users.  One with a Comcast email address and one with a Gmail address.  Both were automatically approved.  The link to add the webinar to my Google calendar worked.  However, the registration report only shows the Comcast user as registered.  The Gmail user is NOT listed at all.  Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

I have a Panelist when logged into a Webinar, who can see the number # of Attendees joined but unable to view who is logged (no names are listed) and unable to chat to handle that portion of the meeting. She did log in as a Panelist (sent from Host) .

Host made her panelist from the get go.

Users were registered for meeting.

Other Panelists can view the Attendee (names) list but this one Panelist in particular cannot.

She's using Zoom Client with most updated version.

Anyone come across this issue?

Hi

We intend to schedule a (recurrent ?) webinar for which people should register. We invite persons worldwide but for different time zones  reasons, we plan a first session on day 1 at time xx, a second session on day 2 at time yy and a third session on day 2 ( same day !) at time zz.

How to schedule such a webinar so that registration is mandatory  with  a single registration link ?

Thanks or helping me out .

We are hosting a webinar and we need to use polling at different times throughout the webinar. Zoom is automatically numbering the questions but I'm hoping I can find a workaround to avoid this.

Each of our polls only has one question and we are titling the questions "Question #1, #2, etc. so it looks bad with the title, and then the question within each poll shows: 1. blah blah blah?

Is there a way to remove the 1. before each of our questions? In the editor, it's not showing, but when I save the questions it's there.

Hi all, hopefully an easy question.

I basically want to disable dial ins on Zoom Meetings and Webinars. Only giving the option to join via Zoom to see the screen etc.

If I switch the setting to Computer Audio does this mean that mobile/tablets will not be able to join? It isn't made clear in this article to me. I don't want to stop mobile/tablet users from getting onto a Zoom and make it computer only. I want all devices to join to hear AND see - I assume Computer Audio allows all devices? If so, shouldn't it be named Device Audio as we are truly in a mobile world?

Many thanks!

We experienced a challenge mid-session during a webinar, where the Advanced Share advance video audio option was grayed out. We had used the feature earlier in the session, but when we wanted to use it again, the host and co-host did not have an option to share video audio. No settings were changed, and it started working again after some time, adding another co-host without changing settings. Has anyone else experienced this or thoughts? Thank you.

After updating my Zoom to Windos Version: 5.11.1 (6602) and using the English-Spanish intepretation channel to speak (to interpret in a meeting), my sound volume drops gradually to the point of even being almost muted. My interpreter colleagues were all OK, it only happened in my channel. I am using a Sennheiser SC165-Jack3,5  headset. It had never happened to me before and I was thinking if it could be due to the software updating, Could anyone help me to fix this?

I have a question about the audio during a webinar: some members have noise and difficulty hearing during the webinar, even though the audio during the Zoom meeting is fine. When other members are speaking, there is no noise, so it is not a problem on the Zoom side. We have tried various things, including replacing the microphone, but have not been able to improve the problem. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
